I really enjoy staying at the Windsor House in Bogota. The location is amazing, within walking distance of a ton of dining and nightlife. The hotel is well kept although a refurb would be welcomed. Having said that, the room and bathroom are spacious. I would like to see improvement in 2 areas. Breakfast is very light on options and they do not offer made to order eggs which was disappointing. The second was the wifi internet. It was less than 5 mbps which is really slow in today's world.
This is still a wonderful property and if above issue are improved then this is among the best options in Bogota.

The property was about a 10-13 minute walk from Parque de la 93, pretty safe area to walk around. The hotel staff were courteous and very nice. The hotel could use an update, it’s a bit outdated but that didn’t really hurt my impression of the hotel. I would stay there again.

This hotel has great customer service. The rooms are spacious, especially the junior suites. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and retail stores. However, the hotel needs to be renovated (very dated).

The hot water in the shower didn’t work for two consecutive days. I spoke to the staff, but the issue was not fundamentally resolved. A friend who stayed in a different room experienced the same problem, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a warm shower.

I've been coming to the Windsor since it was an Estelar. They have done a nice job in keeping the place in very good shape. The rooms are spacious and accomadting. My room had a microwave ans a large refrigerator. The bathroom is wonderful with a large tub. One major improvement is the wifi, the signal strength is excellent and reaches into the bedroom which was always a concern.

It has gone downhill with many things broken and they didn't have safes attached to the wall. The water was cold. The lights were going out. It has changed a lot since my last stay. 3 days no refrigerator even though I paid for it. I paid for a jacuzzi room but they didn't have it. If I could if had a full refund I would have jumped on it.
