Very nice hotel, comfortabelle, great staff!

Very nice hotel in a very safe area north in the city. Nice employees throughout the hotel. Only issue is they need to add more air-conditioning to the restaurant/dining room/bar areas. It was rather warm having breakfast. Other than that, everything was super.

Everything’s great

We were switched rooms twice the first room had plumbing issues the second the A/C never worked. The front desk person was not friendly. To top it all off after we check out, we received random invoices for items we never consumed or knew about.

We only stayed for a night but we liked the place , it is comfortable ,clean and staff is great.

Hotel Sites Barranquilla is an excellent choice, thanks to its exceptional staff and welcoming atmosphere. After a long trip, Julianne, Natalie, Juan, and Cesar at reception made us feel at home with their professionalism and kindness. Even the night receptionist, whose name I missed, was incredibly attentive and courteous. The room service and jacuzzi team, including Stephany, Sandra, and Mario, were outstanding. They kept everything spotless and were always courteous. Mario went above and beyond, trying to warm up the jacuzzi water, though it remained cold—something management should address. Waiting for the sun to warm it up was amusing but not ideal. Breakfast service, led by Brenda and a new chef, was good but inconsistent. Food was often leftovers and not warm, requiring us to request freshly prepared dishes. While the chefs were accommodating, this could improve to match the hotel’s reputation. The fitness room, temporarily relocated to a windowless space, felt claustrophobic, so we chose not to use it. The restaurant and bar, however, were a delight, with excellent food and drinks thanks to the chef and bartender. Unfortunately, the lack of ambiance, such as romantic lighting or music, diminished the experience. Better advertising of these services could attract more guests. Despite minor shortcomings, the incredible staff makes this hotel a gem. I highly recommend it and hope management improves areas like breakfast and jacuzzi maintenance to enhance future stays

Hotel Sites Barranquilla delivered excellent service, making my stay truly enjoyable. Housekeeping, especially Mario, Staph, and Sandra, was outstanding. Mario was also very helpful with the jacuzzi, although it was frozen—a maintenance issue that should be addressed. The breakfast was unexpectedly disappointing this time. The food was old, reheated leftovers with limited variety. However, Brenda, a new gentleman at breakfast, and the chef went above and beyond to prepare fresh dishes upon request. While the food quality was below standard, the dedication of the staff stood out. Reception and technical support were excellent, with outstanding service from Caesar, Julia, Natalie, Juan, and Jon. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were spotless, maintaining the high standards I’ve come to expect. Despite the breakfast setback, the warm, professional staff made the stay enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Sites Barranquilla for its exceptional service and comfort. It’s a 5-star experience overall!

De verdad me encanto el hotel muy limpio y agradable . Lo unico que me parecio muy seco o frio fue la interacion con los empleados muyyyyy friooooo no contacto alguno. Una accacion que baje al lobby la chica estaba en el telefono (Portatir) y no me atendio hasta que no termino la llamada (horrible) en el desayuno ningun tipo de opccion en una acacion se termino el huevo y el chico no repuso solo me comento se termino. (HORRIBLE) por lo demas muy bueno el hotel y muy bonito. Tenemos que prestar mas atencion al huespet por favor. Tenemos que hacerlo sentir en casa.

Saturday nigh, There was a party upstairs, just above our room and the music and then the cleaning until 3:00 am didn't let us sleep.
