Perfect property. Had everything I needed. Amazing hot tubs in the garden, great pool, great restaurant. The room was comfortable and felt super safe and secure.

Excellent location, 5 minutes drive from arenal waterfall, beautiful hotel with a beautiful trail path next to a river , hot tubs are warm not hot but I love that, breakfast is ok , nothing fancy but good enough to start your day. WiFi is only good in the común areas but also in the balcony of the rooms . Definitely recommend

Amazing experience from the staff to the wildlife truly is paradise when the sky clears perfect view of volcano ,food was amazing and drinks were fabulous hands down perfect place to stay in la fortuna. Tours were Great! La fortuna waterfall,wildlife at the hanging bridges the hike to the base of the volcano , amazing night tour with a traditional Costa Rican family and food even the wild dogs made every experience of our stay perfect thank you la fortuna and casa Luna for the perfect getaway

Our stay at Casa Luna was absolutely fantastic. The room and grounds were immaculate, the food at breakfast and in the evening was amazing, as were the cocktails by the pool. We’ve never stayed in such an amazing place before. We spotted a sloth and howler monkeys from the trail through the hotel grounds along with a number of amazing birds. Hummingbirds were flying through our garden all day long.
The staff were excellent and we must give a special mention to Marlon who was the perfect waiter and made us feel totally special.

This place was perfect for getaway with friends! We had 4 rooms, and they thoughtfully put us all in one little building so we were together. It’s a little slice of the jungle with sloths and monkeys and tons of birds. Just gorgeous with really nice landscaping. But also with a nice pool, so many hot tubs, a trail, a spa and everything you need for a great time in La Fortuna. The breakfast had something for everyone. The only downside (or upside?) was that the wifi didn’t work in the rooms.

The property and grounds were beautiful and clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
We were disappointed in the thermal/hot tubs as only one was warm at all. Two were ice cold. Also, the WiFi was great outside of the room but nearly no connection in the room itself, which obviously is not the point of being in Costa Rica but after our busy days of activity and having a teen with me, we wanted to connect with friends and family, etc…. The included breakfast was awesome and the service was top notch. Prices for lunch-dinner seemed very high so we only ate one dinner there on the property a night after an all day excursion because we didn’t have the energy to go anywhere in La Fortuna. Overall a good stay and a stunning view of the volcano right from our balcony when the clouds broke.

Everything was great at this hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel was neat and clean. Only bad thing was the Internet was awe full. Hotel needs to invest in more routers closer to the guest rooms. It’s very inconvenient that the wifi does not work in any rooms. Having to walk to the restaurant or reception area to make a phone call or use a computer was very frustrating especially if you’re on a business trip. Because of this i would not stay at this hotel again. Other than the wifi issue everything was excellent.

My unit at Casa Luna was decent, I was impressed by the tidiness of our room.
Overall stay was good, but I did not like was that coffee machine in the room did not look very clean in the inside (I was trying to heat up water).
One thing to note is that food at the dining area (outside of breakfast hours) is marked high. But breakfast was decent.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed there. We returned because of the amazing experience the 1st time last year and we got the same amazing stay this year. I think they are always cleaning and taking care of the property, so rooms and hotel look amazing. The entire staff are friendly, welcoming, talkative and go out of their way to to ensure a good trip. They learn your name, even when only staying a few days. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Super nice resort. Would stay here again, The free breakfast was really good. The pool area is also nice, The spa treatments are really relaxing. It was pouring when I had my facial, the whole back of the treatment room is open to the trees and the sound of the rain was so relaxing.
Rooms were also really nice. Only issue we had was the wifi. To be clear I would say lack there of. But its vacation right and you shouldn't work on vacation anyways!!

The hotel is very pretty. The WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms but it works in the main areas. If you request the room closest to the reception desk, it will work in your room. The breakfast was amazing. The beds were firm. Only 3 of the 5 hot tubs worked. The description says springs but there weren’t any springs. We saw a sloth on the nature walk! They close the property after a certain time so if the gate is locked, you will need to wait for security to come back to the front. They didn’t tell us this when we came home late and there aren’t any signs to warn you. We had to shimmy under the gate after it had rained :( overall I would stay again
