This place was ideally positioned for easy access to the entire city on foot. The building itself is not the prettiest from the outside, but inside the apartment is very clean and well equipped with modern facilities, comfortable (firm!) beds, air conditioning, and a nice balcony. I would definitely stay here again. The host is very friendly too.

We had a very nice stay at this property. It was close to everything and on the quieter side of town. The unit was VERY clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store right next door and lots of restaurants nearby. Our host Petar was very responsive to my questions before our arrival. He allowed us to store our luggage after check out for a couple of hours so we didn’t have to carrying all our bags with us before we took a cab to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

The place was great, location was really nice, in the ols town but the very end of it , so not much noise. Balcony was super nice, gave us a chance to be outside enjoying flesh air. It is on the 3rd floor so you can imagine carrying a 50 lb suitcase , quite the workout.
The host was super helpful, available at all times and helped us recover out suitcases that were delayed.
The only downside to me is that the bed linens didn't smell fresh, they had a smell of being stored for a while. Creat hosts, comfortable place, comfortable beds

We had a good experience. Peter the person who help us very nice person and was available all the time ( even before to get there I contacted this place and talked to Peter) via WhatsApp. I requested blow dryer and an Iron and he brought it to us right away. He gave us some tips and show us where to go.
Room comfortable and simple bathroom was nice too, that room has everything that I needed. So clean and inside the building smells so good.
Very secure and close to everything. What I like the best so peaceful. It cannot be a luxury place but the location was perfect clean, secure and Peter was the best ! I highly recommend this place if you are ok to have a place to sleep a good bathroom a good bed I love the simplicity and location of this place.

The apartment is very well located, on the old Town. The rooms are very small, with a tiny space for the bags. The building does not have elevator and the apartment is on a third floor.

Great position, really easy to get to quayside, Diocletian’s Palace and plenty of restaurants and a supermarket on your doorstep.
Really clean and tidy room. My only faults would be that the water in the shower could have been hotter (but it was ok) and the beds were a bit hard (personal preference). Extra pillows were delivered within hours of requesting by email.
Petar was superb at responding to queries by email so promptly, he couldn’t be faulted.

The property was as advertised, prime location with easy access to all amenities. We had a wonderful stay in Split old town, it was easy to find a restaurant for dinner or café for breakfast. Near to the port and old town and palace. All within 5 minutes walk. Would recommend and will definitely visit again.

Beware!! This place is not as advertise on the website! You enter through a dark alley that has spray paint all over the walls. The apartment itself looked out at another building, not the beautiful square as seen in the photos. The building you’re looking at is dirty with air conditioning units hanging off of it. The balcony is filthy and has metal slat blinds that make you feel like you’re inside a prison. The apartment was dirty, floorboards lifting up and had tiny little TVs and basically no WiFi. It also smelled really bad and I had to open all the doors to try to ventilate the room. Neither one of us were comfortable staying there and decided to forgo our money and stay elsewhere. Read reviews on other sites and listen to them!! This place is terrible unless you’re looking for a hostel.
