Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean with a great little pool to laze by. Exactly what we needed for our short break

We enjoyed our stay at Oasis Life, however we were a little surprised not to be warned that, due to a massive waterfront construction project, there was very limited access to the waterfront and there were very few walkable options for restaurants. A warning would have been appreciated. Also, it's not really like a regular hotel - more a complex offering rooms. It was good for the three days we had between trips, but I wouldn't really recommend it as a destination due to the lack of infrastructure in the area. It's also hard to find, as it is not visible from the street and the only sign present is small and easy to miss.

The Oasis Life went above and beyond for our one week holiday in August. The hotel is very well presented and clean. We had zero complaints about the property. We traveled as a group of 6 (taking 3 rooms) for our friends 30th birthday. The hotel provided a bottle of cava and a birthday cake for our friend which allowed her to have a lovely birthday around the hotel that morning. The breakfast in the hotel didn't change but was consistently good and had enough choice for all of us to have something. Unfortunately there is no bar at the hotel but staff didn't mind us having a few drinks at the poolside which we purchased from the shop (around a 3min walk away). In relation to the hotels location, it is in the outskirts of Split. We found ourselves getting an Uber in and out for the center each day but they were fairly cheap and easy to book. Overall the hotel was fantastic and we really appreciate the service and warm welcome we received by each staff member!

We stayed at this property for three nights prior to boarding a sailing boat. The room and bathroom are large and well appointed, and ours had a patio door leading onto the pool area. This actually was a plus for us, as it made for a nice area to sit out side with convenient pool access. It's a quite small hotel, which for us made for a fairly quiet stay. The breakfast had a surprisingly good selection and service by the staff was excellent throughout.

Small hotel with 11 rooms so lovely and quiet. All staff extremely polite and friendly. Breakfast buffet very nice. Rooms very clean.

We were very impressed with the quality of service. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt very valued as customers. The quality of the accommodation was also excellent being both modern and exceptionally clean. For breakfast there was a good choice. Thank you to staff for their warm welcome.

Pool was right out the front of the room, breakfast was convenient and access to coffee or tea all day was a bonus for sure!

We arrived early (11ish) and the reception made sure our room was available as soon as possible. The hotel is very clean and all staff were helpful. Breakfast was run until 11am and tea and coffee was free all day. A great hotel with good parking.

Overall it was a nice hotel. Lots of facilities to use such as the spa room and swimming pool. Things to improve on- Room number 11 can do with some work e.g floor is uneven, skerting boards is broken. Was a delay during check in. Breakfast is nice however maybe can do with 1 or 2 options such as saussages, hash browns etc Maybe a little pricey considering we didnt get a pool view.

Great hotel which is actually the ground floor of an apartment block. It’s quite a distance from the old town etc (about 45min walk) but that means it’s quite quiet and away from the busy main town. It’s near some really nice beach areas and the Radisson beach club is available for day tickets should you want something more luxurious. For dinner, you can get a taxi to main town. Hotel have a small number of rooms and 4 or so which look directly into a small pool which you access from your private sliding doors. There’s also a little table and some chairs in your own little space just outside if you need somebody shade. Pool is nice and gets sun all day really, only small issue is that it’s quite small and the filtration isn’t great so there were a few large bugs in it all the time. As for the room, they were great. Large bed, lovely bathroom and really comfortable. Breakfast is just across the hall and has a simple but tasty spread of breads, cheeses, meats as well as egg / sausage / bacon and then yogurts, fruits and pastries. The hotel also have a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. We aren’t the holiday training type so didn’t even look at the gym. Jacuzzi isn’t great and as it was really warm outside the sauna and steam room weren’t on. Wouldn’t count on these facilities personally. If the hotel were to add anything, some simple snacks and drink service through the day by the pool would be great. That’s really the only thing we were missing.

Extremely comfortable and clean. Great location one block from the beach and a 7 minute car ride to the center of the action.

Very clean, modern well equipped rooms. Good gym, spa sauna and pool. Breakfast was perfect. Staff very helpful. Only 9 rooms at this location so it’s quiet. Would happily stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Quite new and good commodities. Lovely staff, good breakfast buffet. Beach nearby. Little far from the Old Town but quiet neighborhood. Easy to commute with local bus (numbers 7,8 and 15 stops about 300m and oneway ticket in october 2018 was 11HRK ~1,50€)

Nice, clean and quiet hotel only 5mins walk from Znjan beach/bars. We booked an air conditioned poolside room which was cleaned everyday. The room had a small fridge and safe. Nice breakfast buffet served from 7 until 11am. Use of Jacuzzi/sauna and small gym available on site. Most importantl of all, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Convienence store near beach. Split town centre is around 2miles away but easily reached via buses 8 or 15 (11kuna each way pp) or 45mim walk along the seafront. Taxis to/from airport booked through hotel is 30mins @ 250kuna each way.

We arrived to the hotel quite late via taxi. We were shown to our room (on the pool level), which was directly opposite the breakfast room. We did consider changing, but it appeared as if the hotel was full, so we hoped for the best. Not long after we arrived, there were children in the reception area. They weren't being unusually loud, but because the entire level is tiled, we could hear everything from our room 2 or 3 doors down from reception. I was struggling with the remnants of motion sickness, but struggled to relax because of the noise which sounded like it was right outside. We decided that a short walk to get some food might help, but there didn't seem to be anything nearby and we would have had to take another taxi, so I stayed hungry (and ill), while my partner ate what was left of our snack supplies for dinner. It was our last day of holiday, but we couldn't sleep in because we could hear them setting up for breakfast in the morning and could hear cutlery and glasses being placed, again because of the echo from the tiled hallway and the proximity of our bedroom directly across the entry to the breakfast room. While packing up, we noticed a couple of big bug-smudges on the wall below the desk which, had been missed during cleaning. Fortunately, we weren't staying there another night. On the whole, the hotel is nice, but the layout is confusing, cramped and loud. I felt like I was in an office block, except I happened to have a bed.

Excellent little haven approximately 3 miles from centre of Split You will need to go into the centre to find food as the beach bars at bottom of hill are just ok The number 8 and 15 buses are the cheapest way as taxis are expensive The accommodation and staff where excellent
