Good stay , comfortable nice rooms

Rooms are small and do not have air conditioning, the manager and owner is very rude, had to beg the owner to change the locks on the door because they were not working, the bathroom was extremely small and never had toilet paper, the bathroom also did not have a lock on the door. Please spend a little extra money because this place is horrible.

Room was basic but clean. Shared toilet however was catastrophic. Toilet was not cleaned and an accident had happend. The toilet was stuffed and couldn't flush. Shower sprayed the whole room so toilet paper was wet and floor always wet. We didn't use it and the staff checked it but didn't do anything. We only stayed for a night so we managed but if you're staying longer stay somewhere else. Location however was great!

So centrally located! Perfect if you are going to dubrovnik only for 1-2 days. Very clean and comfortable.

Brilliant location. Accommodation is very basic and nothing special, however, it is an ideal budget option if you just need a bed to sleep on. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms in need of upgrading and rooms could do with proper air-conditioning. Overall good place.

Right inside the Old Town so convenient to visit all the sites. No buses or long walks necessary. Plenty of places to eat on the doorstep and a supermarket about 50 yards away.

The staff were really friendly with excellent location. The only problem is that we had to pay a 10 euro cleaning fee which I thought was unacceptable and they would not let me store my luggage after 12 p.m. and had to pay to store my luggage. All other hotels that I stayed in did not charge a cleaning fee and did not charge to store my luggage for an extra two hours. I was a bit annoyed.

We loved how close to the town it was. The initial staff that checked us in was friendly and helpful. We were able to get into our room early. There is not a kitchen. There is a sink and a counter. The bathroom situation is not ideal. The hot water lasts approximately 3 minutes and you have to wait at least 40 minutes for hot water heat up again. The floor floods at every shower and there is a mildew smell. The bathroom was not cleaned during our stay even though we were charged a 10 euro cleaning fee upon check in. The bathroom is shared with the other rooms. Toilet paper tends to disappear quickly so make sure you keep yours in your room. The room is sizeable and beds comfy. It is pretty loud early in the morning with carts going by. The noise at night wasn’t too bad.

The best thing about the stay was the location, right in the old town. may room was a loft, with a sloping roof, which limited my ability to stand in most of the room. I knew this, and accepted it as a trade-off for the very reasonable price. It was ok for a solo traveler. The bathroom was cramped too, but after all, this is in the old city. Their other rooms are probably good. It's great to be inside the city walls.

Front Desk not open as advertised; Staff/Owner filed to return my repeated calls and SMS msgs and i was never able to check-in into my room. do not know what happened, never heard back from anyone. sadly the property is in a great location! just a block out of main street and NO steps to climb on the street.

The room was brilliant for location, right in the middle of the historic old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and gave great recommendations. The accommodation was very basic, with only a small fan in the room, so it was quite hot. Both lamps were broken. The shared bathroom and kitchenette were upstairs, where there was another room, so privacy wasn’t ideal. You need to keep your toilet paper in your room because it tends to ‘disappear’ if you leave it in the bathroom. Essentially it was clean and adequate but very basic. Dubrovnik is very expensive so if your expectations are realistic this place is fine.

This is a good stay if you’re only there for 1 night as the location is so central. It has 1 shared bathroom between 4 and it’s right at the top of the stairs. It could do with an upgrade. There is a fan in the room but if there was more than 1 of you I imagine it would be far too hot. There was also an added cleaning fee to pay on arrival which was not mentioned anywhere previously.

The hotel room is around 35 degree. But, no air conditioner. I have talked this situation to hotel stuff, however, they told me with laughing that this is what you have booked. I will never stay the hotel again. I think that someone will die in this room in the near future.

Great location. 2 bed room comfortable space with views. Shared bathroom but adequate. 1min walk to main street. Excellent receptionist Ivan who helped organise the safe return of my baggage after it was delayed calling airport regularly and kept me informed. Thank you very much

Yikes! What can I say...Cinderella's attic room? Harry Potter's closet under the stairs may have been more cozy and clean. There was no more room at our hotel. We needed an extra bed for my daughter at the last minute. This was very close. Despite the reviews,I thought it couldn't be THAT BAD. It was still available...maybe it's been addressed. Well, reviews were kind. In this case, location is not everything. The city is small. Nothing was very far. Luckily, it was not very warm. My daughter had the attic room, up three flights of narrow, rickety, wood stairs, only partially lit. The one plug in the room could be used for the lamp OR the fan. The one window was a tiny dormer to the roof (no view--more like a vent). The bed was not even made. The common kitchen was moldy, old and dilapidated. The shared shower and toilet were, quite frankly, like those I've seen in tenements. They were...not good. At least she could come to my hotel as soon as she woke for showers and restrooms. I can't imagine people go on vacation to stay in conditions like this.

Was poor - toliet didn't work and I had to climb 5 set of stairs.

The place was easy to find and it's very accessible to the old town itself so anytime I wanna go down for shopping, eat or go around it's quite a relief for me...

The distance from the bus stop was good, cause it located in the old town. But it was terrible for me that was completely a bad condition of sanitary. I don't want to recommend this apartment.

Good for a place to crash...toilet & shower facilities small and needs updating.
