Perfect location between beaches and town. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Lovely breakfast and the swimming pool to cool off after a day of hiking. I hope to return one day!

I asked the property to give me any floor except the ground floor and they gave me last room on third floor. There is no lift and the room was very small as compared to the pictures shown in the advertisement. It was very inconvenient for me and my wife as we were unhappy with our room. The breakfast was ok and it was the same on all the days that we stayed. There is a very small swimming pool which we never used. I stayed for 10 days in Croatia and I would rate this hotel the lowest.

We got the economy room for 115€/night and deeply regretted it the second we stepped in.
1. The door lock gets stuck, the bed mattress is like 30€ worth, had terrible sleep every night and my back hurt like crazy.
2. The bathroom ventilation fan was literally so loud that we used our phone's flashlight to go to the toilet overnight to not wake eachother up.
3. Some lights were just not working at all
4. The shower was missing a couple of pieces.
A total rip off. It's really not worth the cheap price. We tried to upgrade but was fully booked.

The Villa is super well located one street north of the main pathway (to beaches and commerce), but the short distance makes it very quiet. Our room had a great view of the sea. Dorian (the young man who checked us in) was very nice and informative. The pool is great, clean and lots of lounge chairs available. The pool is also big enough that more than one family can swim at a time without feeling too crowded. Breakfast was great and lots of choice. All staff are very friendly.

We were met on arrival at reception which was quick, easy and very friendly and were shown and told everything we needed to know. As mentioned in other reviews, the decor of the rooms is slightly older style but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower and bathroom were fine. There was a pool and free buffet breakfast which added to the comfort and enjoyment. The hotel is also a short distance to the waterfront, bars, restaurants and ferries and a nice walk around to the beach.

Photos show a kitchenette which is misleading. There are no rooms with kitchenette. The rooms are too small for 3 people but would be okay for 2. Air conditioning is useless & very nosy. Our bathroom had a smell which the maid did try & sort but it was still there. Our room was in the top floor & there are no lifts we had to leave our cases in the car as a, there was no room in the room for them b, we couldn’t carry them up the stairs. Rooms were cleaned every day & very well. The location is good & central to everything.

Family owned and mostly operated by family. The hotel is nicely located to the sea and to the city center. The owners are wonderful and very helpful. I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is fairly close to the main resort area. Staff are friendly and attentive available 24 hours. A small hotel with spacious rooms. There isnt any lifts available so could be difficult if you had a large amount of luggage although i am sure you would get plenty of help from the staff. Breakfast is in a separate building just outside of reception. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. There is a small pool area which wasnt used alot, presulamably guests went to the main beach closeby, but it meant that we had no trouble having access to sunbeds. There is a shop nearby where you can get food and drinks to bring back to the pool as the hotel has no bar facilities. Overall a comfortable hotel in a good location.

The staff here are extremely nice and really go out of there way to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as can be. The villa is very clean and comfortable. The only minor issue is that most of the equipment in the gym doesn't work, but other than that my stay here was great. And the price was well worth it for Bol.

The room was clean, but unfortunately the AC was faulty, the bar fridge didn’t work, and nor did the safe. The bed has no padding making for a very uncomfortable sleep.

Good quality family run hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good location both for access into Bol town centre and the beach (Zlatny Rat). Also good breakfast and pool.
