Villa Voinić

Clean property and we enjoyed the balcony and sitting by the swimming pool (which we were grateful to use after checkout) Beware it is a very steep climb from the downtown area. I was surprised that the listing shows shuttle service, which there none and also check out time is listed at 10, but it is actually at 9:30 which is the earliest we’ve ever experienced.

The place was Very nice and convenient especially if have an early flight out.

Amazing value for the money! The location is great, super close to the airport but also walking distance to the bus stop for the route going into the old city. The host was very helpful explaining the bus stop, and route into the old city, and was very helpful with the check in process. The room itself was very clean, comfortable ends, good bathroom, and had a balcony with a nice view too.

Everything was great

Location was good my room was roomy, clean, and had a nice view of the bay. It is located up a steep hill so lots of opportunities for exercise! The town is just a five minute walk away as is a great little beach, just down the coast.

The apartment is in a good location, within 10 mins walking down to the main part of town. If you drive here, be aware that the roads leading to the apartment are extremely narrow and steep, which may be a challenge for non-European drivers! The apartment is clean, with a nice view of the sea. But there are a few issues: the railings on the stairs are shaky and somewhat dangerous. The hairdryer has a big layer of dust on the filter which was not cleaned. WIFI is very spotty. Communication was also an issue, as our messages sent via Expedia were never answered. Other than that, we wouldn't mind staying there again.

Dirty toilet,toilet seat been cut off to fit but difficult to sit on, balcony doors had no way of shutting or locking,queen size bed had one single sheet down the middle ODD!! NO CHANGE OF towels or rubbish not collected.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Villa Voinić. The villa is situated close to the centre of Cavtat. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner who showed us to our room and we’re given complimentary drinks to enjoy while we settled in and took in the view of Cavtat from our balcony. Cavtat is a beautiful coastal town with some nice bars and restaurants, such as Amor and the family run Ivan where we enjoyed a few meals during our stay. There is a steep hill from Cavtat up to the Villa though we found it easier to navigate while enjoying a nice ice cream from one of the vendors in town. If you’d prefer an easier walk follow the path from the bus station past the Cavtat Hotel. Easy access to Dubrovnik either by Boat or Number 10 bus. The bus is currently 50 Kuna return and takes around half an hour. Though personally we enjoyed Cavtat more. On our last day upon check out the owners offered to hold our luggage until later in the evening and even drove us to the airport. We hope to come back to Cavtat and Villa Voinić again in the future. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Me and my fiancee stayed here because we had to pay are deposit for are wedding and this little gem was only a short walk from Hotel Croasia. We are getting married here in Cavat because its absolutely stunning, perfect restaurants and its so clean! And if you stay here you also get a 10% discount at Ivan where we found the food so good. Staff where very pleasant they left a botttle of fizz in are room as requested. Clean room very comfy bed and a pretty balcony. I got reading a good book by the pool they said i could take home for free and also gave us a ride back to the airport free of charge. Can't recommend this place enough i'd go back tommorrow.

Stayed at the villa for 10 days, always clean and tidy, bins emptied every day towels changed most days. Rooms are functional, beds comfy, showers good, free air con and Wi-Fi. The owners (sorry didn't get their names) are friendly and accommodating and greeted us with a welcome drink on arrival.

Amazing place. People are so friendly and even took us to the airport in the morning for our flight home. The famil own a restaurant in Cavta called Ivan’s which I would also highly recommend. Fantastic holiday

Really clean, great view , spacious & v.good value. You can walk down to central Cavtat in 5-10 minutes downhill. Would definitely stay again!!!

Stayed here for 10 nights and didn’t have any issues. It was clean, tidy and had decent air conditioning. The walk down to Cavtat wasn’t too far down the hill. Small but private pool provides decent way to cool down. Had space to park our car we hired. Would definitely stay here again if we went back to Cavtat and no issue in recommending to others. Great stay overall.

Absoloutely fantastic deal. Paid next to nothing for the accomodation, arrived too a 2 bed room apartment with kitchen facilities, dining area and 2 balconies. The cleanliness and presentation of the room was second to none. Staff we’re extemely pleasant and helpful. Slight smell of smoke when entering the building from the family home downstairs however nothing too major. 5 minute walk to Cavtat harbour where you will find all restaurants and supermarkets. Great location over all, very pleasant and quiet. Would highly recommend this property!
