A full breakfast in the morning was very good, including many breads, cereals, cold cuts, fruit and some hot dishes. The staff, notably Blanka and Tomas were kind and helpful. Both were fluent in English , gave nearby restaurant suggestions, directions, and arranged a lunch to go for our early morning flight when we departed.We took public transit to tour the city and a tram stop was nearby. The room was clean and all amenities were in good working order. We were on the top floor had only skylights and not windows. A great experience visiting a fabulous city.

The room was cozy, and the staff was friendly and kind. I enjoyed breakfast, and also cakes and coffee in the lobby. Very easy to get to the downtown. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Prague.

Great hotel in a good location with easy tram links to the old town. We had a large room with separate seating area which was clean and spacious. Hotel
also offered a nice buffet breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful.

We truly like staying at Hotel Carlton, the staff are wonderful, the breakfast is good and filling, The tram is right there for you to ride downtown, or anywhere you would like to go, or just walk around the hotel area. There is a market right across the street that we like, and you can get your laundry done within 24 hours for a great price. I highly recommend staying here.

All the staff were friendly and professional my room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good choice.
The tram stops a short distance away and there are a number of connections nearby to other locations other than the centre.

Great hotel, lovely staff. Only reason for marking down is due to my key card nocking me out of my room twice to which I had to go down to reception to sort. Staff were happy to help though.
