The woman at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. She didn’t just answer my question about how to get a cab the next morning, she ordered a cab for us and then offered a breakfast to go for us. The gentleman at the desk in the morning was helpful as well letting us know that the cab out front was ours and ensured we had breakfast. Highly recommend.

Lovely large family room which was warm and comfortable. Hotels breakfast was very good and catered for all nationalities I’d say. Lots of fresh produce including granola , oats , fruits, cold meats, pastries etc. Interior of hotel is really smart, and above all the hotel is in a great spot near to central station and the City Hall which are about 5/10 minute walk away at most. As a family we loved having two supermarkets right around corner from hotel to stock up on drinks at start of day given Copenhagen is a pretty expensive city. Would definitely stay again and glad we booked this hotel.

Very clean room, house keeping daily very good, front of house staff super friendly. Communal areas of hotel have lots of character and stylish design. Location is excellent, less than 5 minute walk from the train station and Tivoli Gardens. 15 minute walk to city centre. Lots of good restaurants and convenience stores near hotel. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, home made granola, chia pudding, homemade jam, freshly baked bread, waffle maker and delicious eggs and Danish bacon. So so good 10/10!!

Everything was great about this hotel except for one thing, there was loud power drilling and banging starting early in the morning for 2 days. I went upstairs to see they were doing what looks like renovation. They should not have let someone into the room directly below. After 2 days of this, if I was staying another night I would have requested a room change. Everything else was great, room is quite small but fine for me at this price point. Breakfast was really good. Location near the station was great. Heater worked great. Blackout curtains don't quite do the job though, a fair amount of light leakage around the edges though. Very quiet.

Very convenient location by the train station. Reception very nice, staff are great. The rooms are a bit dated and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. For a double bed you get 2 slim duvets. Fine for a quick stay as a solo traveller but I wouldn’t really recommend for a longer romantic stay. But for the price it was fine.
