The check in staff lady was very curt in her responses. I had to ask where I go to get to my room and what floor. When she answered she was rude.

None of the check-in iPads worked. There was a huge line when we arrived around midnight. This was a huge disappointment. Staff was not accommodating or apologetic regarding this inconvenience.

I had a late check-in and it was slow, probably due to understaffing, and one of the attendants seemed less than enthused to be there. Otherwise, practical to reach from airport — and clean. Gym is surprisingly spacious and well equipped but one tip: please add a water fountain or cooler. You can’t provide water in a workout room? Kinda basic.
