As always when I visit this hotel, the receptionists are very welcoming and it is always a nice experience to check in. And the rooms are lovely and in good condition.

Fantastic hotel - close to train station and handy for all city centre attractions. The harbour view was fabulous and the rooms were in a great state of repair. A little bit of noise from the road - but overall a great stay. Oh - and the breakfast was amazing.

Staff very sweet and friendly. Beds way too soft. single beds a little narrow.. Front desk lounge very nice and cost for a night drink. Nothing fancy, just cosy. plants very well kept.

Værelset lå mod syd så meget varmt men godt der så kunne åbnes en dør til det fri.
Jeg fik værelse 917 og jeg skal aldrig mere have et værelse mere op af en elevator, det lød som nogen, der trampede på en ståltrappe både tidligt som sent.

Vi reserverede via hotels.com og det var lidt surt nu da uheldet var ude, at vi ikke kunne flytte reservation til et senere tidspunkt uden at miste hele det betalte "indskud". Med parkerings restriktioner i området og kun én person i receptionen, bliver er det en smule stressende at vente i kø på at få udleveret nøglekort som giver adgang til hotellets egen parkering. Ellers var det en rigtigt fint hotel med central beliggenhed, lækker morgenmad og mulighed god udsigt.

My room was located right next to the elevator. I could hear it being operated through the wall all night long. I know I got unlucky with the room location but this was one of my worse room experiences ever.

I’m giving a relatively low rating because my room was exceptionally noisy. The only available option was located right next to the elevator, and a persistent dripping sound kept me awake all night, even though there was no rain - especially odd for being on the seventh floor. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done about it. Other than that I was actually quite pleased with the room and hotel in general. I'll give it another chance, if I can be guaranteed a room far from the elevator ;-)

Good location for visiting Aarhus. 10 mins walk from main train station. Room overlooking the harbour, small balcony. Nicely presented, comfortable and good value. Excellent breakfast. Reception helpful and friendly.
