Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is only few minutes walk to train station, hop on and off station and Tivoli. Happy to stay here again.

Hotel 2 blocks from train station. No air conditioning, but they did have a little fan. No fridge and no ice for drinks.
Breakfast buffet was good. Was tub/ shower.
Beds were very soft .

The hotel is situated in a great location. The bathroom floods whenever you take a shower because the water drains so slow. The views from the top floor balconies are amazing, but the train noise makes it hard to sleep.

The second bed was poor.
The temperature in our room could not be adjusted, and nobody answered our call when we tried to reach the reception, so we had to sleep at 25 degrees heat.

This hotel was dirty, after our room was cleaned by room service we were given sheets with blood stains. When we asked for new ones they said we have to wait until tommrow. There is no AC in the hotel. It is very noisy, due to it being next to a train station. Half on the light bulbs were out. And the staff was unpleasant. 0/10 do no recommend.

Et weekendophold på 2 nætter. Pænt værelse med gode senge og meget lidt støj fra tog og biler udenfor. Praktisk med Vesterport Station kun få skridt fra hotellet. Brusekabinen er meget smal, men ellers alt ok på værelset. Glimrende morgenbuffet, dog var kaffen ikke værd at drikke.

It was my husband, daughter and me who only stayed for one night in a triple room. The third bed was a proper bed with its own night table and light. The pillows etc were very comfortable. The towels were thick and nice. Kleenex in the bathroom which I appreciate.
Tea kettle in the room with tea, hot chocolate and coffee.
The breakfast was over my expectations and in my view nothing was missing. Huge of variety of things to eat and drink.

There’s construction underway in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is good. Our room on the second floor was next to a tennis court and was hard to take a nap during a game. Also hotel does not have nearby restaurants except one Italian restaurant which was a little bit pricey.

The building is quite old. The room was fine but had a slight musty smell. The hotel's central location is a big plus. One evening, the lights went out because of an issue with the fuse box. We were told that we might not have power until the next day (fortunately, it came back later in the night). The wifi was very spotty, which affected my ability to work.
