Very friendly and professional staff. The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings and I really enjoyed the gardens and forest. Food was amazing m. I will definitely come back.

Love Skarrildshus. 0 carbon footprint. The food is locally sourced, and the breakfast even includes the oellebroed that my great grandfather, Frederik Lausen, had every morning. Everything felt luxurious and the staff went above and beyond. The place has an amazing collection of art and mid century furniture. The gardens are beautiful, meticulously kept and make you feel like you are in a fairytale.

I booked this hotel last minute for a business trip. I arrived around 17.00 on a Monday to a quiet oasis surrounded by beautiful nature. From my room, all I could hear were chirping birds and the babbling brook nearby. Staff were amazing - excellent customer service. They set me up with an apple and a bottle of water for a 4.5 km nature walk around the property. Dinner was beautiful. Superb customer service! I will be back!

Cosy location with park and small stream. A bit of the road but still less than half hour from Legoland and Lalandia. Grill buffet and the breakfast was great and lots of organic and locally produced ingredients. Ask for a room with park view though as some of the rooms are quite small. Tiny bathroom even in one of the biggest rooms. Great service and lots of cost space to hang out.

Great hotel we had connecting rooms for us and our son. No tea or coffee facilities in the room which is a shame but you can ask for a flask of hot water. You do need to have a car to travel from this hotel too as it is isolated but is a great base if wanting to explore Billund (Legoland, Lego House etc) as thats 30 mins away by car.
Breakfast was ok but not much choice for little ones and the meals in an evening were very expensive from a set menu and very a la carte and took nearly 3 hours to serve so we only had a meal at the hotel on the first night.
Overall though the hotel was ok and did what we needed.

Nice buildings, nice area, nice opportunity to enjoy the nature/park around the area and forest - the rooms we had was a bit simple but with nice beds (not the kind of room you would like to spend your hole weekend in), very good parking area and easy to find with fairly close distance to the motorway. VERY good kitchen for dinner.

Stayed 2 days on business, excellent staff and food, felt well looked after. Hotel has a river running passed and is sited in a wood with gardens. Very relaxing. Will be returning to this hotel and will use the chain that owns it.

Skønt hotel med meget smuk beliggenhed. Jeg fik ikke sovet meget da der ikke var mørklægnings gardiner og mit værelse lå ud til p-pladsen som var godt oplyst, hvilket gav meget lys på mit værelse. Et lidt nyere TV ville være dejligt. Eller meget lækkkert. Kommer igen.

Fantastisk naturskønt sted med stort fokus på miljøet. Morgenmaden er vildt lækker. Venligt og imødekommende personale, som yder virkelig skøn service. Sengene kunne godt være bedre og det ville være skønt med lyssensorer på værelsesgangene.

Utroligt dejlig beliggenhed i rolige omgivelser. Stilfulde rammer for en miniferie. Vi havde et godt indrettet superior værelse. Morgenmadsudvalget måske ikke det mest omfattende, men kvaliteten i orden med gode råvarer og specialiteter. Restauranten serverer også en dejlig menu om aftenen. Generelt god service på stedet med enkelte svipsere.
