My first time to Punta Cana and I have to say that it was excellent. The staff were very friendly, nice and attentive. The premium restaurants included were fantastic. I would recommend this place to everyone. By the way, get the premium level, its worth it!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It gets a ten! The adults-only area is amazing. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind with your significant other. The room is spacious and comfortable, and has everything we need for a good stay. I read many reviews about the food and was concerned beforehand, but trust me—there are so many options, the food is fresh, and the drinks are made with high-quality alcohol. Everything was delicious! The shuttle train to the other resort, Bavaro Palace, is very helpful, and it's safe to go there and return to the hotel. The staff is very friendly, and the beach is cleaned daily, so there isn't much seaweed, unlike what we used to see in Punta Cana during this season. I highly recommend this place if you want to disconnect from the world, relax on the beach, and drink Pina Bavaro cocktails (it's a piña colada with banana). Just go for it! I already want to go back!

Horrible !! We caught the cleaning lady and one man (staff) in my room. He left through the back sliding door. They stole a pair of shoes! Unbelievable.

Beautiful grounds, beach, and the entertainment team was friendly. The only thing I did not really enjoy was the customer service in the restaurants and around the bars. I understand they work long hours and days, but I have been to other all inclusive resorts and the staff vibe adds to the type of experience you have.

The place is beautiful, has plenty of stuff to do. Service is great, did not have an issue except for the housekeeping executive giving wrong information - laundry, whether it's express or regular, is an additional charge.
Besides that unexpected bill, everything was delightful. They have a great group of young entertainers who do aerobics in the pool with you, and they also plan and coordinate karaoke nights, and other fun events. Food- not the best, but it's ok. La Brisa was one of the better buffet-style restaurants in my opinion. Just try to get fresh food from the grill.

Rooms were so outdated. Property needs a facelift to say the least. The staff was nice at the restaurant but even with tipping the poolside service was mediocre. It was nice to get away but they don't compare to a 5 star resort.
