Good place

Loved the walking views , loved all the pools , loved all the restaurants. beaches not so great with seaweed.

We had an amazing experience !

I like everything about this resort especially how friendly the staff was. the pool was amazing and the food was spectacular. I highly recommend it.

The property is well maintained. All the staff members keep the property neat.

The hotel has great potential but I honestly could not get over how rude the majority of the staff was especially room service (which is not included) and the steak house. The swim up bar at the general pool was always full and dificult to get a drink, we had to get out and wait in a shorter line for service. I would suggest having a server walking around taking orders. My shower was clogged when I arrived, everytime we showered the bathroom and hallway flooded, after the 3rd request and a little base in my chest the issue was resolved. We booked a room for 5 leaving us with 1 option, however other family members booked a room with 4 guest max and they had 2 bathrooms, we only had 1 bathroom. Both rooms had the same amount of beds not sure of the logic but there was no flexability with front desk either. LOVED the mall and flavor of the food in the buffet with the exception of the sodas which were all flat. Elsa at concierge was Amazing!! She was the highlight of our trip as well as Rivera who cordinated our airport drop off and pick up. Unfortunately, our next visit will be at another resort. FYI We were a group of 18 who tipped very well.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Muito grande, muita diversão, otimo para familias com crianças. Amamos tudo. A comida maravilhosa, muita opção, comida fresca a todo momento. Tivemos 6 dias maravilhosos. É perto do cocobongo, 20 minutos do aeroporto. Os funcionarios muito educados e amaveis. No bar da piscina o Guzman é o melhor bartender, sempre alegre e muito bom no que faz. Tem champagne avontade O show no teatro é muito bom, divertido Tevi para crianças e adultos. A discoteca é muito lindo, festa todos os dias, clima maravilhoso, muito quente, muito calor Pontos negativos: o chao dos corredores é bastante escorregadio, eu quase cai e 2 pessoas cairam na minha frente. O lugar esta sempre molhado por causa das pessoas que vem da piscina. A cerveja esta sempre quente, o sprite tem um gosto horrivel

Property was great and food options was amazing. Didn't care too much for the style of bathroom in the family units.

Everything was wonderful, the resort, the people, beach, and the adventure. We enjoyed every part of it. The food was mediocre, and check-in and out was slow.otherwise all was good.

The property was beautiful. The staff was polite. I had issues with my room that were not properly addressed, but everything else was great! The room is a significant aspect, so it's an interesting situation to be in to rate things appropriately.

This is our third trip here. Premium level is worth the $$. Take advantage of the Spa!!!!

Outdated. The shower drain had a screw sticking out from the bottom. The refrigerator did not work. The tram stops were few and far between. The food was meh. I’ve been to better resorts in Punta Cana.

Property was great. The only thing I was focus on is improving staff at restaurants to be more attentive to guests.

Beautiful Property/Beach. Friendly Staff. Did not Appreciate being lied and sold on a "Panoramic Sea View Suite" and given a Garden+ Street or road View Suite instead. Sea view suites cost extra, lying to people and telling them the street and garden suits on first floor are the same as the ones above is both wrong and fraud. Was never compensated in any way, albeit had room changed at the very least next day (Thank you mr. Johny Santos And Smiley for the help with room change. Annie from activities and staff were Amazing room situation aside.

The hotel is gorgeous and provides ample pool options. The beach is not the best, I feel that it could have been clean

My room was awful !!! When we walked in there was a weird smell . The room was ice cold but humid . The floors felt wet out clothes felt wet as they laid in the too. For the days we stayed . Both bathroom sinks were clogged and could not use them . The ceiling over by the balcony area was shedding and cranking from an are that appeared to be wet from the upstairs room leaking down into our room. Never found the tv remote control . That God we only stayed 2 nights Was not impressed at all !!! I did complain at check out and manager said I should have notified them right away to change us to a different room but we were there gig short stay that we decided to just deal with it .
