Staff was very nice, however the carpet in the room smelled weird and I wanted to heat up some food I had but them told me No I couldn’t do that and that they didn’t heat up food there because they didn’t have a microwave

The “plumber” took 15 minutes fixing it and said it was fine.
I left and returned late night to a flooded bathroom
