Price was great. Just needed to eat and rest and move on with my trip.

Looks good but could be better

Has nice cold ac. Staff are friendly. Has good coffee and snacks there. They work hard to keep it clean and it shows.

The a/c was'nt working properly keeps cutting off limited lining the bed was hard to sleep and too much noise.

Terrible experiencia, Tuve que salir al siguiente día y no me han reembolsado los 5 días que no utilice las instalaciones y tanto el Hotel como la aseguradora que contraté no me resuelven nada.

Reserved on the 31st of January, they sent a message that they didn't have the room on the 1st at night and didn't pick up the phone to me or Expedia on the 1st and 2nd (*the date of check in) . I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY CLEAR FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

When we arrived to check-in desk attende had us wait for 45 minutes

From check in to check out the staff was nice and very attentive. Good location. Working A.C. and T.V. Room on bottom floor, I was able to get some good night sleep.

I like that the property was walking distance to the mall . I did not like the fact that you needed to get a supervisor approval for toilet paper. The situation was : my friend had traveler’s diarrhea and the toilet paper had ran out. We requested for a new role of toilet paper and the concierge told us he needed supervisor approval to release a new role. Just then the concierge gave us a left over role from another room because they claimed the supervisor would release the new role the following morning. We thought that was not except-able. The coffee at the lobby was never hot and the water dispenser did not have the hot water option functioning. Very poor amenities. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The whole neighborhood lost the electricity during a rainy night, thank goodness I had brought a flashlight. You were not able to make any local calls from the phone inside the room. In order to get food delivered to our room the concierge would place a call.

This place is very convenient to Metro Centro Mall, you can walk to it in about 10 minutes and is a safe area to walk around. This place is very clean and the people who work there are very nice. They always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I would highly recommend to families and friends. Good water pressure, hot and cold water. Air conditioner, tv, clean place. Free breakfast, free parking. I would come back again. Este lugar es muy conveniente para Metro Centro Mall, puedes caminar hasta él en unos 10 minutos y es un área segura para caminar. Este lugar está muy limpio y la gente que trabaja allí es muy agradable. Siempre hacen un esfuerzo adicional para asegurarse de que esté satisfecho. Se lo recomendaría a familias y amigos. Buena presión de agua, agua fría y caliente. Aire acondicionado, tv, lugar limpio. Desayuno gratis, estacionamiento gratis. Volvería de nuevo.

Budget value hotel in a great location to walk 4 mins to the massive shopping mall. The staff were super nice & helpful. I would stay there again!

The hotel is ok. Needs a makeover. However, the staff is very friendly and nice. Area seems pretty safe. As a reference, the Intercontinental hotel is nearby. Rooms have a/c and private bathroom. Overall it is a decent hotel for the price paid
