I was only staying one night so didn't make use of the facilities so can only comment on my room. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean which is what I would expect from being a 3-star hotel.
I did have an issue with the bathroom though. The shower didn't really work, pressure not good, and shower curtain came down while pulling it closed! Tap water seemed a bit sporadic.

Lovely well-presented hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Out Standard Double room was comfortable, with all the amenities you'd like for a night's stay.
The surrounding gardens were superb, and the hotel was very accessible to the local area and main routes.

Beautiful man or house with a comfortable bed but the noisy bathroom meant that because I'm a light sleeper I had a terrible night sleep and had a headache in the morning from the noisy fan unfortunately this means we would not stay again.

Hotel and room was clean. Very nice grounds. But lacking in the basics, no decaf tea bags or coffee. Really disappointing as it’s more common now. Late night noise from staff rearranging tables. Dragging across the floor rather than lifting.

We've stayed in this hotel previously and it always lives up to our expectations. The price for B&B is very good, although the bar menu could do with improving. We ate our evening meal at the Chilworth Arms which is busy but nearby. The staff are lovely and I'm sure we'll stay again.

Staff and room was perfect. The meal was overly expensive for what it was. The area arund the hotel is picturesque and the manor house looks beautiful. The meal i would compare to a up beat weatherspoons not worth the fortune it costs. I have stayed in another smae brand hotel in Sheffield and the food is much better quality. I have to say though the restaurant staff are 5 star
