The staff were excellent, especially Jose who was polite, welcoming and very helpful.
The bedroom was a delight with a comfortable oversized bed. The bathroom felt a little tired in design and condition but was very clean and well kept.
Despite proximity to the runway at Heathrow there was no noticeable noise whatsoever.
Highly recommended. Very highly recommended when considering the price.

It's a good hotel and the best value for money around the £70 price near the airport. The breakfast was great too. Loads of delicious options set me up for the day. The bacon and sausages were od great quality - far better than I have e had in similar or even higher priced hotels

Very quick and easy check-in, lobby and restaurant are very nice. A little dated and tired upstairs but not unpleasant. The room was quite small but the bed was comfortable, lots of channels on the TV and the shower worked well. Breakfast was fine, buffet with a lot of options. Only real negatives were an excessive car parking fee and other guests being noisy in the morning, slamming doors and shouting down corridors. You will get woken up before 7am if you stay here.

I needed a room near the airport so I could make an early return of my rental car and get a shuttle to the terminal. The Best Western fitted my need at a good room rate. I really only needed a bed for the night. The room was small but adequate.
