We liked the room. It was small but we were never there. Very clean with a tea kettle which was nice.

As a last minute booking I found the checking in process cumbersome and time comsuming. Apartment is clean enough. However the bathroom is not that great as you can barely reach the toilet as it’s so close to the sink and the shower also doesn’t stay upright.

Accessing the property and room were so easy! Conveniently located in a charming area with lots of food options and transportation.

Included all amenities we would need. Very comfortable bed and clean.

The back window was not clean I have to clean it myself. Also, despite the instructions and instructions, clients were noisy even within calm time

It takes a bit to get used to lack of hotel staff as everything is through your phone but bob w does contact you through whatsapp amd gives youbthe codes to your room and tips for your stay. there is a bus near that takes you to the train where you can access most landmarks in the city.

Good location

There was some confusion about obtainng the door code on my first night so i had to make the decision to book the hotel up the road for the night. I finally got an email from the staff the morning after and i was able to get into the building. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was a bit cramped but i managed it. Other tennants were quiet so the only noise i had was the occaisonal police car going past the building. This place was a good value overall and i would stay there again.

Perfect area for transportation like bus or train stations 3 minutes walking from bus or tube station. Kensington is a nice area. bob communicated so fast with me. Great amenities for price and place. Would recommend your stay w bob

Everything was great but I'm unsure if they washed the towels as it had a distinct odour

Great stay in the West Kensington area. The apartments are clean, beautiful, and cozy. Small, thoughtful details like personalised cards, local coffee, and shortbread make you feel welcome. Very close to the London Olympia events place. A few parks are nearby to enjoy nature. Walking distance to a few underground stations helps to plan your commuting easier.

It’s very basic and simple but our room was by a noisy road. It did have facilities to heat food and also a fridge. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. No aircon so summertime I believe you’d need a window open for fresh air and ensuing road noise There were several emergency vehicles with sirens which were quite disturbing because of the noise. It’s a great concept but I would not use it again.

Customer service is deliberately unhelpful, doesn’t read what you’ve actually written, communications have been frustrating, lacking empathy, intentionally unhelpful and repeating the same void of information. Since the price is kept low due to the centralised remote reception, this needs to be on point. Automations need improving. We have met 3 other residents during our one night stay. All had the exact same issue as us on arrival where they couldn’t access their room or the building as they had missed the email to state they needed to verify themselves. Why not send an automated reminder alert to say the verification is still incomplete and you cannot do this on arrival, and must be done in order to access the room. Hugely frustrating stay. Room made from thin walls, windows that aren’t soundproofed and is NOISY. Didn’t sleep. Dealings with the online chat never wish to be repeated.

Used WhatsApp to communicate with Bob the host, and he was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location for tourists as it is closed to the Kensington Olympia underground station.

This was a fantastic property. The room was beautiful and new, full of thoughtful touches. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The size of the room is perfect for a single traveler but a little snug for two people. The check in and out were hassle free and the whatsapp help was prompt, even though it felt like it was powered by AI. Even though I didn't need much assistance, I would've liked to see a friendly face on site, just for peace of mind. All in all, very much recommended!
