City Sleeper at Royal National Hotel

Location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing with several tube stations within short walking distance. Area felt safe and convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel was clean and well kept with spacious room and good facilities including very comfortable beds and bedding and smart tv. Room was serviced every day during our stay which was lovely.

Sadly, no air conditioning. I don’t blame the hotel - I booked it through Expedia

Very central yet quiet to St Pancras and Kings Cross terminals. Staff are fantastic. Needs an Ice machine for that size of a hotel.

The staff was so very friendly and helpful.

As others have said there is no A/C. So the room can get a bit hot. We stayed in May when the temperatures were pretty mild. There was a fan in the room which helped cool things down. We had one other issue where the outlets in the room lost power at night but fortunately they were quick to fix it. Other than that the room were clean and comfortable. The stay was comfortable and quiet. If you are not staying in the summer months I would highly recommend.

Stayed here during our trip to london! We have tried many areas before and we loved this one. Very close to the British national museum! 15 minute walk to Piccadilly, Leicester Square, fabulous park nearby. Close access to russel square tube! 15 minute walk to King’s Cross. We were very impressed with location. Check in was quick and simple. Room was very clean. Had ironing board and iron, nice toiletries. No complimentary water though! Hairdryer was terrible so pack your own! Lots of options for breakfast. Food was really good. Staff exceptionally friendly. We drank in the pub “the London pub” directly across from the entrance and it was lovely. Would recommend.

Great hotel. Unbeatable location and great facilities. Rooms were nice size and modern looking. Our room was facing the entrance and it was a bit noisy at night - street noise.

The shower door can be adjusted a bit to not making toilet all wet.

The breakfast was indeed great. It was, however, the same options each day. For a stay of 11 plus days, the same meals each morning became very boring. Great breakfast nonetheless. The bed sheets were not thoroughly clean. There was evidence of hair on the sheets. Dare I say it did not look like hair from the head but from other parts of the body. The room was also cold. I do believe that the closed window does not provide an adequate seal from the outside low temperatures. Overall, it is a decent hotel if you are looking at price.

This hotel is very good, comfortable, and affordable. Breakfast is also very good.

Enjoyable trip staying at the hotel as a party of 2, incredibly friendly staff and clean property. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which included a range of both continental and cooked breakfast foods. The location of the hotel is excellent, 10minutes walk from Euston Train Station and 5minutes walk to the nearest Tube Station which is well connected on the Piccadilly line - all major tourist hotspots.

Staff at the front desk were very inexperienced. The customer service was very poor and minimal. During my stay, I had an emergency and had to check out a few days ahead of schedule. Front desk staff refused to give me any type of paper print out, indicating that I was checking out. I called back the next day when I had made it back home and spoke with the manager and even though they were free to check the rooms (the manager did not believe that I had checked out) and see that I had checked out and my family and I and our belongings were no longer there, they continued to refuse to send me any type of documentation that I had checked out early. They seemed very bothered by my phone call and not concerned at all that I had to cut my trip short due to an emergency at home. I would not recommend this hotel if you would like good customer service from the front desk or from the management. I would say that the maintenance staff was very courteous and helpful. I had an issue with a flickering light in my room and maintenance came right away and assisted/fixed the issue.
