We drive there so Great place to stay venture out other area. Free guest parking. Only 30 minute drive to central London and 7 minutes drive to Windsor. Didn't try the food there. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms.

Check in staff and front desk were lovely! I booked online as I arrived as the walk in rate was £12 more and she was patient. Room service was very quick and food was good. Pool is great and takes less than 10 mins to get to legoland. The legoland hotel was fully booked but this is a great alternative. Room was massive and overall very happy and half the price

This property is good for stopping off short-term. It’s average and staff are polite and kind. The stay was average in all.
Rooms are ok, I did however see some markings on the bedsheet, it might have highlighted a slight concern about cleanliness.
The hangers on the back of the bathroom door were broken - but this did not directly affect my stay.
Tray charges to have food in the room seems a bit silly, so I opted to call down to reception and pick up the food myself. Seemed a bit silly to apply a tray charge.
As mentioned, this is a good place to stop off for convenience if you need to stay in the area short term.

Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a little tired looking, no shower gel or handwash in bathroom, had to use shampoo! Breakfast was ok. Overall I woulod give it a 3/5 rating.

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. There was an event on and the lobby area was very loud. The car park is roof is low. Like to get your boot damaged on opening. My car is Tesla model y and the boot hit the roof

Things that were good:
- The price. Reasonably priced for a good size bedroom.
- The swimming pool and gym facilities. Though you have to book in, it’s worth doing as they’re an asset to the hotel.
- The location to Legoland and Windsor. Perfect for both, we also travelled in to Henley.
Things that weren’t so good:
- Broken items. Between the two rooms we had booked, we had several broken items which peaked at the toilet handle that just spun round and round and the bath plug also wouldn’t fix in to place so no baths for the kids.
- The bathrooms. They’re functioning but really tired with mismatched poly filler, cracked tiles etc - just need a revamp.
- The car park. £10 per night and it’s incredibly tight - we had some really hairy moments getting our 4x4 in and out. My family’s campervan was allowed in an external car park due to height but was blocked in by lorries which delayed us leaving significantly.

Lovely hotel. I stay often for work. For some reason it wouldnt alloq me to book breakfast. I wasnt advised when i arrived if it was availbe or not.
Two nights stay, Ivwas happy they have TNT in the down stairs bar.
The tv wouldnt link to my phone or could i connect my firestick so one night i had to endure normal tv.
Thats why 4 instead of 5 stars.
Very clean and friendly staff as always.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
The hotel reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had arranged for adjoining rooms as our children are autistic and anxious in unfamiliar surroundings.
On arrival, we had already been checked in and were presented with the room keys straight away. This was extremely helpful, allowing us to get to the rooms without any difficulty or delay.

Hotel is older and showing a little of its age but staff are pleasant and the room was clean and tidy. Shower however has no temperature regulator as it goes from warm to scolding in a moment. The breakfast was at best disappointing, all of the hot food was dry apart from the very greasy hash browns and mushrooms. I would stay again but not pay for breakfast.

Very comfortable bed, and a sound night sleep, marred by an abysmal check in and check out service. The gentleman was new so allowances were made, but he should not have been put in that position. Check out too was tawdry, seemingly with no understanding if the car park rates were correct or not, or indeed if it should or shouldn’t be paid as there was some ‘offer on’ that wasn’t explained. Disappointing experience overall.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked this hotel for a family vacation with my two kids, specifically because it advertised pool access. I even chose this hotel over another one that had informed me of their pool closure. Before finalising my reservation, I called the hotel and checked their website, both of which had no mention of any pool closure during our stay. However, upon checking-in the staff informed us that the pool would be closed for the entire duration of our three-day stay. My kids were heartbroken, having packed their swimsuits and eagerly anticipating swimming all weekend. I cannot recommend this hotel if you plan to use the pool, as the information provided is misleading, and you may end up feeling just as disappointed as we did
