Lovely clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. The only thing i was missing is the disposable shower caps in the bathroom. Everything was super.

The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent food in the restaurant/bar area and a lovely breakfast. Catered well for allergies too.

I have checked in early, they charged me £20 early check in fee for all the 3 days we stayed there. It makes no sense as early check in feee should be only for the first day.
My son checked out and he didn’t verify the final receipt. I will contact Expedia customer service and see if they return $40 ( for 2 days).
Other than this, it is a good facility.

property is very old and outdated, rooms were reasonably clean but again very old and outdated, pictures of the property shown are deceptive and not exactly what it looks like limited dining options around the area. we wont stay here again there are lots of other great hotels in the area

Conveniently located near the airport. This hotel has a large work out gym, and continental breakfast including an extensive menu of healthy items. The service is timely to individual needs. The transit to London city center was also easy. I plan to come back and stay here again at the next opportunity.
