Only thing I liked was leaving. The stay was awful in a dingy dungeon like room hot sweaty no aircon as advertised,no views,no shades drapes overlooking flats. Broken toilet seat cobwebs everywhere. Red stain on the carpet, brown dirt on pillowcase wich was changed on request. I was charged £5 to park the car when its the only place you can park there. Signage says for patrons and guests. What a overall rubish place to stay overpriced I would expect so much more for £115 for one night. Staff were not around most of the time left a sign with phone number on to call wich goes straight to voicemail. Really really terrible. I would never ever stay there again. Also false advertised online all the rooms look well decorated. Its a huge LIE! DON'T FALL FOR IT!

We booked this room as it sounded special, The Presidential Suite and it was listed as having a hot tub. The room was basic with cheap fittings. There were 2 armchairs which were sat right in front on the entrance door looking at it. What was supposed to be a hot tub was just a roll top bath, totally different. There were quite a few cobwebs around and the blind slats hadn’t been dusted for a long time. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The full English breakfast was fairly bland as the cheapest ingredients were used. On check in when we asked about our complimentary drinks the guy said, no, you wouldn’t get them with the room at that price. I showed him the booking which stated them and he agreed for us to have them. Overall the hotel was ok for a one night stay but it was more like a bed and breakfast.

Room was small. It felt dirty because of how marked the walls are; the wallpaper coming away from the ceiling; spiders in the bathroom; fingernails and clumps of hair in the carpet. At breakfast I wasn’t given an option for hot food, they just made a fry up and gave it to me. The only drinks options at breakfast was orange juice or tea or coffee. The room only had Venetian blinds so even when fully closed it let through a lot of light meaning I could not sleep in past 6am.

Lovely hotel, it's quirky and well presented with a welcoming reception/bar area The staff are helpful and courteous I stayed in the "presidential suite" and at around £100 it was well worth the money Other, well appointed rooms are available for airing £60 but after my last stay some of these have no window so wanted to avoid those as I'm a little claustrophobic My only criticisms would be that there was a fold out camp bed in the room which detracted from the overall appearance. I was meeting a customer for a meal and asked directions, I was directed out a rear entrance and down a narrow alleyway to the Main Street, however, this was in complete darkness, with steps and a hill which I had to use my phones torch to stop me from stumbling! That area needs illuminated Breakfast was very good! This was my second stay on business and would highly recommend

Delightful boutique hotel in the centre of Rotherham ticking all the bells and whistles. Friendly bespoke rooms, nicely furnished, all on-suite. Unfortunately the matress was lumpy but apart from that no more issues. The hotel is beautifully furnished, there's a bar upstairs with a selection of world beverages, the bar staff are friendly and professional. Overall a splendid stay and perfect for a night in Rotherham which is fun and friendly. Thank you Michael B Doncaster
