Impressed to arrive and being disabled find we had a designated parking slot right beside front entrance. Superb views across the bay from the restaurant too. Would have been nice to have a sea view from our bedroom too but being first floor we were above the roof above the dining room so no sea view

Staff was fabulous, room was lovely. The only negative thing was the size of the tv was really small. But if you’re there for the beach and surfing it’s not an issue

Lovely staff who were very thorough and made sure everything was ok. Due to the weather the rooms were a bit stuffy but due to the age of the building it couldn’t have been helped. Showers were amazing!

The hotel was dirty. The bathroom smely of urine. The bed sheets were not cnanged every day. It took 10 mins waiting time for the toilet's cistern to fill before it could be flushed again. The hotel has not been modernised since it was built in the 1800s. The was a damp patch on the ceiling of the disabled room that my friend and I stayed in. It only has freeview TV. I would never stay there again and nor would I recommend it.

Lovely view over the sea, very central, helpful staff.
Bed was comfortable however there was no air conditioner, it was very stuffy in the room and windows did not open.
We did ask for a fan which improved things a bit

Awful hotel. Rooms are filthy and the entire building is run down. None of the rooms look anything like how they were advertised, bathrooms have mould growing and none of the items in the room eg. the tissue box have been cleaned let alone restocked.
