We stayed for one night,the room was lovely very clean,the bathroom had everything we need even a shower mat .overall cleanliness was very good .the staff were very friendly and advised us what we could see in Harrogate.The breakfast was very good but not as hot as I would have liked. Would definitely stay there again.

Decent room. Stay didn’t get off to a good start when the receptionist tried to charge me for a stay I had already paid for. When I showed her my receipt there was no apology and she was dismissive of me. Not Impressed by this what is the moat important part of your check-in.

Great location, friendly staff.

Really friendly check in. Very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet room. Right next door to the convention centre we were visiting, so we were able to go to the bar afterwards for a drink as it wasn’t too late (disappointing selection of draft beers though, as the only decent one wasn’t available). Buffet breakfast was just ok. Staff were again great, but the food on the buffet breakfast was lukewarm at best, which is a shame as the items themselves seemed decent quality. My husband had coffee, which he said had no taste of coffee, and the breakfast pastries weren’t very nice, either.

Fantastic hotel. The staff here are brilliant, especially the ladies on reception who looked after my flower show purchases for me over the weekend. A genuine, warm and welcoming experience. Breakfast was excellent, our room was lovely. The air con was a treat! Can’t fault it and will definitely be staying again. Thanks again to the reception ladies!

This hotel is a perfect location to discover Harrogate. The room was perfect and the staff great. A great selection of food for breakfast and we enjoyed our dinner each evening.

We had an amazing stay here last night and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had,so many opinions. Idont sleep well but i did last night and i feel great today.My husband and i will definitely be back.It waa a fantastic experience 💖 thank you to all the staff .

Room on. 10th floor very quiet and lovely view over Harrogate,good size room all staff friendly will definitely stay again.

Stayed here a few times and its in ghe ideal position.

This hotel is so close to the town centre and public transport which makes it an ideal stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and my requests were always met wherever possible.

Close to shopping area and restaurants

Nice hotel close to town centre with easy access to local amenities. Clean room with huge comfortable bed, fridge with complimentary bottled water& tea and coffee making facilities. Good quality breakfast selection & nice bar area. Onsite carpark £12 per 24hrs

Excellent service and hotel. However, the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

It was a trip down the memory lane when I was a student in Harrogate. Visited some sights and took a walk to Harlow Carr. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre. It was a very enjoyable stay and trip.

Lovely hotel that is near to everything and has great facilities. Very good food at breakfast and evening meal. Cleanliness of hotel is exceptional and rooms are cleaned daily which makes it a good stay from start to finish.
