Hilton London Syon Park

Hilton Syon Park is a great place to stay, when visiting all the great attractions in west London. The welcoming staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas, particularly the breakfast service. Great choice on offer too. If you like aeroplanes you'll love the frequency of the Heathrow-bound jets. Didn't bother us, as the glazing in the rooms is very good. Rooms are very spacious, but the decor is a little tired and there are some light switch functions that no longer work, but this didn't spoil our short stay. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location but I found the bed too hard. Room was fab but I couldn’t sleep.

The breakfast buffet was value for money.The staff in the dining room were welcoming and helpful.Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Really nice hotel, peaceful & quiet, easy transport links to Kew & central London. Bit disappointed at all the extra charges on arrival, e.g. £25 to use the pool, £7 service charge in the bar. Room was very comfortable though, & we would stay again.

Lovely venue, slight issue with the qty of beds we needed, but everything was fine. The soundproofing was excellent given it is directly under Heathrows flightpath.

Very Disappointed, Being a regular Hilton member i felt really let down. Room was booked for 2 Adults and A child, i had called the hotel to confirm my booking as i would be arriving late & just wanted a swift check in with no delays. Once checked in, i seen that my room had only 1 king bed. I had gone to reception to report this and i was told i would have an extra bed in the room within 15 mins. It was around 11.55 pm at the time and my child was fast asleep in the car. I left him in the car as i didnt want to constantly disturb his sleep. 45 mins had got by & i had gone back to the reception about 3 times to ask where my bed was but the night manager Amanda had told me she was on her own and her colleague was on her way to me. 15 mins later around 12.50 the bed arrives to my room with just a mattress protector on. 5 mins later i got given a sheet duvet cover pillow case pillow and duvet. I then get a call on the phone in room at 2.20 AM whilst my mrs & son who has Autism are fast asleep asking to move my car from a place that other people had parked. I am highly disappointed and put of staying with Hilton again. Im not only a national customer but international and always had stuck with staying with hilton. All these issue above are all within the hotel.

Absolutely incredible stay! My husband and I wanted a quiet peaceful experience and we received just that. Staff was great, room service was always fast and delicious, room was large and we felt very safe inside the park. We like to go for walks frequently, and this is a perfect safe place to enjoy. One small non hotel related issue is that because it’s inside Syon Park, Uber drivers had a bit of an issue finding the spot to enter but it was only a problem when we were running late to a flight. Massage at Kallima spa was great as well. Hotel is Pretty close to Heathrow. Highly recommend !

our stay was ok. we stayed in room 25 on the ground floor on the first night and it was a nightmare the corridor door was slammed all night through. wedding party guest talking load shouting became a restless night as well as the door slamming! the short asian reception staff was rude and abrupt banging on our door and left tea bags on the floor for the inconvenient!

Had to change rooms as phone was not working. Didn’t want to keep having to go to reception. Plus fridge said not in use but was in fact working. Got upgraded to a room with a lovely view. Very busy but more attention needed to ensure that rooms are working and ready for occupancy
