In a good area for getting around Portsmouth. Staff friendly and helpful. Only criticism is the shower door wouldn't stay closed and not enough space for hanging your clothes up.

Sadly we had to leave very early and could not sample what looked like a very enjoyable breakfast.

Staff was great. Breakfast was included in listing but they tried to charge us when we went to eat. Had to show them my booking to get it included. Had to have window open and the surrounding streets are noisy all night long. Room was very small for 3 people. I would recommend 2 people or less for the room size. Price was good for room size.

Very poor attitude towards customers. They made a mistake with my booking and simply refused to acknowledge their mistake. The rooms are small and generally dirty. Much better options available within Portsmouth.

A/C was not working in one of the rooms (101), no room for luggage storage so charged for an unnecessary early check in that we didn’t need, key cards were not working correctly for one of the rooms we booked. Staff were friendly

Very handy to supermarkets and fadt food outlets.
Very vocal and loud pedestrian traffic for several hours early in the morning. Quite audible even with window closed.
