This was a last minute trip and didn’t disappoint. The hotel is right in the market square with shops and bars and historical buildings all within a short walk. Our suite was fabulous and had the biggest bed! The staff were all very friendly and attentive and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely return.

A great base for a weekend stay in Cirencester. The hotel is in the middle of town so a great location to explore the town & surrounding areas. The hotel is lovely & rooms well equipped & very comfortable.
Breakfast was outstanding, a great selection of options on offer, everything was delicious. Would stay again if visiting this area.

Stayed for one night for my wife's birthday and wished we booked for two nights! Great hotel situated in the heart of Cirencester with easy, walkable access to the various shops, pubs, restaurants and market. There is reasonably priced 24 hour parking a short walk from the hotel, once parked, we left our car there as everything we needed was so close to the King's Head.
Pleasant, professional staff throughout the hotel, comfy, clean rooms, and a truly excellent breakfast. I definitely recommend and will be looking to visit again soon!

Haveing stayed here numerous times in the last 10 yrs.we felt standards have dropped.particularly the food,breakfast used to be very good,now it was mediocre at best.evening meal in the restaurant was awful. On a positive note restraunt and bar staff were very good. Sadly,think it will be the last time we will stay here

We had to move rooms 4 times due to human hair being inside all 4 beds. At least the ladies service on reception dealt with the issue by upgrading us until we found a clean bed.
That said, this hotel is very tired and in need of refurbishing. The pictures listed are of the spa as all 4 rooms that we moved to from standard to the best have major carpet stains and water marks on the wooden furniture coffee / tea etc.
Pay more and stay somewhere else.
