Great place to stay. Roomy and clean with the right amenities. The bar below can be noisy during lunch and after work till 10, but the bar closed early each night and the neighborhood was quiet on the weekend. The flat was great but could have used some fans for air circulation. There are several restaurants, pubs, and market shops in the area with bus and underground very close. We stayed here with young teen girls and felt safe in the neighborhood.

Overall great location and clean room. However, the place is too noisey specially during bussiness days. There is a restaurant close by the entrance and it's extremely hard to in and out.

Loved that it felt like I was in a fully furnished apartment. It wasn’t over the top but just straight forward.

The appartement was beautiful and well maintained. Excellent location near the tube, shops and attractions. I would have given the property 5 stars except they only left 2 very small rolls of toilet paper for two people for a 4 night stay. I reached out for more, but they never answered.

The place is spacious and fairly well equipped (a few dishes missing, no salt / pepper, etc., but I had no real challenges). It was very clean. Towels are big, fluffy, clean. Views are great. A little run down and in need of fresh paint - but quite comfortable. I realise there are other reviews with noise complaints because it is above a bar but given it was easy to close doors from the front room, hall and bedroom - it was easy to block the noise and I didn't find this an issue. Location is great - several tubes to choose from between 7 - 10 min away. I would stay again.

The apartment was nice, clean, and perfect for our trip. There were 4 of us, and we stayed for a week. Check-in was simple; once we paid, they sent us the gate and door codes. The noise level was loud during the day, but that was expected for the location. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was hot as hell, especially at night. They only had 2 tiny fans that did nothing. The ventilation fan in the smaller bathroom was broken, which didn’t help with the heat. Also, they did not stock enough toilet paper for 4 guests for a week. There is no on-site person to ask for more supplies. The kitchen has a few things, but there is not enough to cook a meal there. There is a corner market nearby with great deals on already-cooked easy meals. Also, the wifi was useless, and there were no instructions on the light switches. I tried for a week to turn off a set of kitchen lights and could never figure it out.

The apartment was clean and large. The location was convenient to multiple Underground stations. We did not have issues with noise as others noticed, but the pub in the courtyard does crowded. The furnishings were not super-comfortable if you want to spend any time sitting around in the unit. We cooked dinner multiple times and found the kitchen lacking in basics like towels, napkins etc and cooking oils, salt, pepper, so be prepared to purchase those. Overall, it was a decent stay for us while in London for a week.

This place was an awful experience. No communication sent about how to self check in and had to ring the office several times whilst stood outside, spoke to rude staff members who consistently hung up on me. The door also did not lock when leaving.

The hotel was supposed to send an email before our arrival with details on how to collect the key, but they didn't. It took us over an hour on the phone to get in, the given code didn't work, the door wouldn't open. You need to hit the door really hard after the code is accepted. I have a feeling the hotel staff knows about it, but just prefers to ignore. The code from the key collection box inside didn't work as well, we somehow managed to get the key from the utility box. Tge next morning we discovered there were no hot water (as it turned out later it was because of the low water pressure) and it was freezing. I had to call again, spent another half an hour explaining the problem (took a picture of an error message just in case) - this time around I felt they were talking to me as if I'm an idiot... The technician came only a day after I called. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. I wouldn't mind minor inconvenience if it were a cheap place in the middle of nowhere, but for a 4-star $280 per night hotel, I don't think it is acceptable. To be fair, the appartment itself is really nice - comfortable beds, working washer and drier, nice kitchen with pretty much everything you need. The location is great, just a few minutes away from the Liverpool station. It is a bit noisy because there is a pub downstairs, but again it wasn't a huge problem.

Terrible check in process - I never received the check in email with all of the door codes or entry procedures. I called twice and was told the email would be resent both times, both times it never arrived even though the hotels.com reservation emails came through fine. When I tried to check in whilst being on the phone with the remote reception it took 30mins to get through. Nice apartment but single glazed windows in the bedroom above a busy pub made sleeping impossible especially when the bottle bins where emptied at 4am.

This apartment is beautiful however being right in the city its very noisy with buses , cars etc and also its under a flight path for the Airport so extremely noisy. Also with a pub right outside in the court yard, but the bedrooms have sound proof glass so you can't hear the pub at night. The front doors are a mystery and had no idea how to lock it so it didn't get locked when we went out for the day... It also did not have a hair dryer.
