A gem of a place to unwind.
We were made to feel very welcome and the hot tub and setting was very relaxing!
Hospital and food were also better than you’d expect for the price. Great value all things considered!

Couldnt fault it, Sue was great , really great choices for breakfast, really set us up for the day. It was a good location for us to travel around the area. We were booked in for 4 nights, but due to a family emergency, we had to cut our trip short. We will be back..mark & Jacki

Beautiful, stunning surroundings! Accommodation was absolutely immaculate. Sue was very welcoming, as too was George the dog. We are definitely planning on coming here again. Our first and only choice for our next stay in Thirsk. Beautiful varied choice of breakfast options too!

This place is just wonderful, i didn't want to leave. I'll be booking to come straight back very soon. lovely evening enjoyed around the pool and garden and finished the trip with a tasty breakfast. Sue and George were both wonderful host i could have stayed forever :) Thank you.

Beautiful B&B in a great location for visiting much of North Yorkshire and the Dales. Our room was clean, comfortable and much larger than we expected. Sue is the perfect welcoming host and makes a fantastic breakfast.

What a gem! Stayed here for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. Couldn’t be happier with the service received from Sue (and George the Rottweiler) and how lovely the Barn Owl suite was.

Fabulous place to stay. Great if you are walking etc - but i stayed on a business trip. Not to far off the motorway.
Not to much choice for food pubs but not far from town with plenty to offer
Highly recommend staying here instead of a standard "premiertravel" for the same money !!

Stayed in the barn owl suite. The pictures don't do it justice. Fantastic place and very welcoming host. Very well looked after and would go back again.
