Yes the staff was polite, amenties in room good. Good food, plenty of space, room clean

Clean room, super friendly staff. Only negative is bathroom is dated.

Reception was very professional and welcoming

The room was quiet and comfortable. A few areas of the hotel, including the room, could use some touch up and newness. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. We chose to eat at the restaurant, as it was convenient, but the set up surprised us and we found it not to our liking. Very very little interaction with the staff, as it is completely app based ordering. Our drinks (in bottles) were dropped off and the person was gone, before we could ask for a glass. So that had to be collected from the bar. When the food was brought to the table, we were directed to get our own utensils, etc. from the condiment station along the wall. Not a single staff person came by after that to ask how our meal was. If possible, I would give the restaurant a lesser rating separately, as the hotel was fine.

Great value stay. The room was comfortable with plenty of space.to work and relax. The pub restaurant next door was excellent.

Shower water pressure is really bad, you cannot wash your hair properly at all.

Large room, comfortable beds, close to MK bowl for events there, friendly staff, good food at a reasonable price

Bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable food options were good in the hotel but could be better. Building and decor bit dated and in need of an upgrade

Lovely stay and enjoyed the four days

Most nights peaceful except Saturday night all night. Bathroom needs new basin taps and very noisy cheap extractor , no aircon and window very difficult to open staff very helpful and friendly

There was never anyone at reception during posted business hours. They charged if guest visited room. Staff (when there) were not helpful. We left after two days.

Room was quiet and good temperature. Bed was really comfortable and I slept well. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel tired and rooms need refurbishing but it was cheap and I slept well. Front door to hotel not locked and reception desk not manned so wasn't the most secure but no issues.

Nice room, great to have proper beds in a family room. Some of the decor was tiered with cracks in the paint. The bathroom needs updating.

Rooms was a good size, plenty of space. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, plenty of room ensuite. Clean and tidy.

Very helpful staff and pleasant atmosphere

Good hotel for overnight on business however internet was very poor in my room and not much better in the reception or pub. Was difficult to work due to that. Mattress was abit hard and lumpy but ok for one night. Water in shower was hot and plentiful
