Food horrible however service was wonderful the hotel staff was so kind they upgraded the room because I’m handicapped n couldnt get to the room
I was assigned it was delightful n really beautiful it was close to all the good shopping n nice sites

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a very very nice hotel and I can’t imagine even those used to the absolute best, being disappointed in their stay.
I suppose one could argue the main dining room is very very slightly off with its interior design, but every single other aspect of this hotel is fantastic.

Loved our deluxe size room and the folks assisting with the bags, being shown directly to our room and the size, amenities and qualities of all products picked. The blissful bed delivered and was the comfiest of all beds we've stayed at and the noise level was so quiet (assuming there was good noise reduction techiniques in place AND also thenstreet its on is not overrun like some hotels we stayed at closer to victoria station area) that we often slept in numerous days and didnt realize how late it was.

Over the years we've stayed here for more than 30 nights. I feel the property has gone downhill recently, with unfriendly service and prices that Very rude doorman today put us over the edge.
