I had an amazing experience at Westbourne Hyde Park! The location is perfect—just a short walk from Hyde Park and well-connected to public transport. The rooms were clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. Looks newly renovated. Nice furnishings and fabulous shower. Nice complimentary toiletries and coffee and espresso maker in the room. Convenient to Paddington (very walkable).

Very professional, friendly and efficient staff at check in. Great location very close to the park, Tube station and great restaurants. Room was nice and modern with a comfortable bed. Nice shower and amenities. Kitchenette would be great for a longer stay. The TV remote control was filthy (crusty edges, greasy buttons and dust between the buttons), so I’m glad I brought cleaning wipes. I also found a disgusting, albeit small, stain on the headboard. Headboard is also partly cloth/fabric, so pretty gross. Overall a nice stay but they need to do better with cleaning details.

The staff were very accommodating. Our flight got in at 6:30am. They let us store our bags and for the morning and let us check in at 12:30 even though check in isn’t until 3pm. We were very exhausted and appreciated the gesture. The room was very quiet and we slept wonderfully!

We slept very comfortably and enjoyed the kitchenette in our room. I guess I didn’t realize there was no food available for purchase on the property. I’m sure this was our oversight, but we really did miss not having breakfast in our hotel. Staff was lovely and our room was very clean and comfortable.

The Westbourne is on a nice quiet street with delicious dining options a short walk away. The staff are professional and very friendly, and our check in and out was easy. Our room was clean and convenient, and the refrigerator and coffee & tea set up were great. The water pressure is the shower was amazing! After checking out they held our bags while we explored the area. I definitely recommend staying at the Westbourne when in the Hyde Park area.

Love the area and the convenience of the location. Its has everything we needed. The kitchenette was great, supplies are loaded. The room is not too spacious but we enjoyed every bit.

Excellent stay , nothing to complain about.
Lot of places to eat nearby.
Excellent check in service.
Just an advice : google map shows nearest underground as Lancaster gate. However we found going to /from Paddington easier and both stations are almost at equal distance.
Room size is good and no underground room like in some other hotels.
