I stay at the Vertus Edit regularly when I am in London on business. The staff are always very friendly and helpful! The room is always spotless and I love the working space on the 12th floor. I highly recommend if you need a place to stay in Canary Wharf!

Victoria and Laine the manager, were very responsive and helpful throughout my three-week. Great to have kitchenette, coffee machine on twelveth floor and washing machines for clothes. The gym is very small, a disappointment. When you are out of tea and coffee bags, they resupply.

The signage getting to the property was amazing, what a great idea to have green signs everywhere. Being new everything was great quality and worked really well. Loved the idea of the roof terrace. There is building works taking place nearby and we stayed on the side where the works were taking place. On a Saturday morning there was some drilling early in the morning which was a shame. I guess it’s sound proof but not soundproof enough. Staff were amazing, best I’ve come across, really went the extra mile for us. Have recommended to friends, colleagues and family who travel to London regularly for work as it’s a fab option if staying for a longer period of time and want to cook yourself. Highly recommend.

Firstly, it's a relatively new aparthotel and concept which on face value is really great. Clean, contemporary, convenient etc. However, as highlighted in other reviews the rooms do not have any air con and the rooms as a result are uncomfortably hot even when the outside temp is only 23 - 25 degrees when we stayed. The Dyson fan supplied are nigh on useless! What an oversight in an environment where temperatures are only going to increase! Needless to say I and many others no doubt will not be staying again in Summer months.

Really lovely accommodation. Very easy to find and signposted all the way from Canary Wharf tube station. The check in was seamless and the staff were very friendly. The lobby was very clean and smart and smelt gorgeous! The room itself was perfect for our overnight stay - very clean, comfy bed and a great kitchenette, which we didn’t need to use on this occasion. The shower was powerful, the toiletries smelt gorgeous and the towels were very soft. There are also plug sockets by the bed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel is in a very practical position for underground, hotels and shops. The only negative was the lack of air conditioning. The outside temperature was a normal 26 degrees summer day but the room was really hot and it was difficult to sleep. The terrace on Level 2 was very good with free beverages for guests.

Needs aircon, or at least a fan in the room. Very stuffy and made sleeping uncomfortable. Enjoyed the coffee on the two building roof tops. Fridge turned off and was needed the help-desk to turn on. There’s a knack to it, apparently!

Lovely location, well equipped, and fabulous staff who went above & beyond. Issue with ventilation not turning off in room but staff sorted out a room swap to a better room (but was a bit of pain). Staff were friendly and interested in what we had planned during our stay. Special mention to staff member Simon - who was a star!

The property is nice, clean, metro station is really close by. Lots of places to eat and drink, all within walking distance however, it can get extremely loud at night, passed 2am.. and because the property has no AC you need to keep windows opened, making it difficult to get a goodnight's rest.

Great place and location. Everything is new, loved being able to sit on the roof terrace in the evening. My only complaint was about the check-in procedure, even though I’d booked and paid online ages ago I needed to produce phone ID in the form of a passport or driving licence. Never heard of this in my own country! , didn’t have either on me but had 2 debit cards in my name on me , that was refused. Thankfully I remembered that I had a railcard on my phone, that was acceptable . We found the whole process of check-in stressful as we didn’t know if we were going to be allowed to stay.
