Bob W Telliskivi

Really nice and comfortable hotel in the heart of Telliskivi/Kalamaja. Nicely decorated studio flat. Easy access to cafes and restaurants in the area, walking distance to Baltijaam marketplace and Old Town, as well as if you want to see areas like Kopli, Volta, Nobblessner/Pohjala etc. Highly recommended!

A brilliant place to stay! Can’t recommend these Bob.w places enough. It’s the fun features like the SNES to use in the apartment and the opportunity to take selfies with a Polaroid camera to leave on the notice board that make this all the more enjoyable. Everywhere was walkable, the great supermarket was five minutes away and the digital entry and constant communication when needed was great.

My room was next to staircase and there came some noise late night, which impacted deep sleep a bit. Other than that it was good place to stay.

Without any reception or staff around it sometimes feels a bit like a ghost house. It's nice that it's generally a quiet area (when the construction work at the neighbour is not ongoing) but with the no-staff concept it becomes VERY quiet and some might feel unpleasant or even unsafe. I missed being able to get something to drink or a snack especially with no 24h store nearby. The fridge added to the bit of scary feeling, it was only after 2 days I realised the scary human sounding moaning sounds was actually the fridge :-D Very happy with the room itself with lots of space. And very happy to get moved to 4th floor instead of the semi depressing view to parking lot on the 1st floor.

We stayed for 4 nights it is about 10 walk to old town and town center. We had a studio appointment it was ok. The bathroom cabinet is restricting the use of the sink. It may be better if replaced with a mirror on the wall with a shelf next to it. Thanks we will be using BOB W in the future in other places as we travel.

Property was excellent and we had a great time as a family of 4. Restaurants and playground was near by and it was an easy walk to the old town. Will definitely return and check out other Bob W locations as well.

Property was difficult to find but pleased to find parking. My friend had to be accommodated in another room as there were not two separate beds in apartment

Lovely apartment with everything we needed and some extra. Kids (4 & 10years) loved it and asked if we could move there :) Peaceful location just next to Telliskivi. Breakfast in Reval Cafe was excellent with a small play area for the kids. I loved the easy communication on WhatsApp and online registration

Good location, quite quiet neighborhood and right next to Telliskivi restaurants and bars. Clean and nicely furnished apartment. Only downside was the darkness curtains which weren’t dark enough and air conditioning /cooling system would be nice!

The apartment was full of thoughtful touches! Polaroid to leave a photo of ourselves, a ton of spare adapters, a small gaming console even. The bathroom was excellent, as were the kitchen amenities and the bed was comfortable. It was such a nice stay overall and I hope to try another Bob W location again. I would say there were some things which felt much more important to me to include for guests than a polaroid, however -- such as detergent for the washing machine or oil for cooking -- the latter of which which was provided after I asked for it which was excellent. But this is of the utmost importance to me in trusting a brand. It's one thing to provide the Instagram-worthy things, but if you provide a washer or a kitchen with cookware, why would there not be the basics to use those things? I hope this can become standardized for Bob W to match the other excellent elements of the stay.

Nice stay for the two of us in what Bob calls a swanky apartment. The separate bedroom and living room gave us space for some me time when we needed it. The place is near two supermarkets and the Baltic Jaam street food hall, which we like.

Bob W. Telliskivi oli erinomaisella sijainnilla ja asunto oli todella viihtyisä ja siisti. Erityiskiitoksen ansaitsee asiakaspalvelu, joka oli tavoitettavissa WhatsAppilla miinuteissa sekä heidän joustavuudessaan. Polkupyörämatkailijoita ajatellen käytössä oli lukollinen pyörävarasto. Lähistöllä oli paljon ravintoloita ja kauppoja, mutta itse asunnon ympäristö oli erittäin rauhallinen.

Bob w is a high end elevated apartment hotel stay with a few severely lacking areas. While the apartments are modern, large and generally clean. Some areas of cleaning were really bad. I found bugs in two rooms I slept in. Not bedbugs, but nonetheless, it gave me anxiety about what they were. But much more disruptive and I cannot stress this enough, the noise insulation is not suitable. You can hear every footstep from neighbours on your own floor even from across the hall, which is a bit of a disaster in my opinion. I did not get good sleep many nights here. The experience otherwise was mostly positive. There are amenities and gym membership and the location was great The staff are very nice, though it feels disconnected in that I had a very good experience with Merlyn, who came over in person to solve a problem but over WhatsApp the team were so nice and tried to offer solutions but no one could... For example... Ask the neighbours to be quiet because they were building residents. I was upgraded to a better suite due to the issues but this ended up biting me in the ass due to the loudness of neighbours. The air conditioning wasn't as advertised, and even though there was cute touches all over, some aspects didn't work like the SNES. In all I really wanted to enjoy this experience. I can sense the passion from the staff but it doesn't cut it when noise problems and other issues I feel just were only half addressed. They did offer to move me again to their credit.

The room is fully equipped, you can find everything you need. Many restaurants and a supermarket are nearby, very convenient!

New house, everything the room and house it self is new Ttuly 5 stsrs apartment. Quiet surrandings, but near by lots of Telliskivi restaurants and shops. Apartment has retro play console as well as big tv. Bed was so nice. Kitchenette has full size fridge/freezer 1/2 and 1/2 and microway. Best of all messaging was awesome, allways they answer in few minutes. Paid parking was under the house behind fullside gate.

Really excellent check in system with no human contact! Everything worked smoothly and the room was available 2 hours before I had asked for. Room is very clean, well appointed and the bed is comfortable and firm. Kitchen is perfect for one or two people and the complimentary coffee is delicious. 15 minute walk to the town center and a cheap taxi ride from the ferry port. TV is modern so you can cast content from your phone and the WiFi is very good. Lots of charging points for your devices in the room. Decor is nice if you're into that. I recommend this apartment hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Really loved saying here. Was a little apprehensive about not having a team on site but they were always so responsive on whatsapp, even at night! Absolutely loved the polaroid camera we borrowed - really helped us feel like we didn't have to buy extra souvenirs from Tallinn. Location is also fantastic if you're more of a modern type than an old town kind of person - the area of telliskivi is so cool! You can still walk to the old town quite easily though. Super glad we chose to stay here!
