Very well located hotel, within very easy walking distance of the city centre. Off the street and no noise disturbance. Room was more than adequate. My only minor quibbles were that for some reason the staff did not think to replace the coffee sachets and I had to get my own, and no milk was provided in the fridge. Would certainly go back without hesitation

Lovely old hotel, central for everything so easily walkable for all activities and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast!

I booked a bunk bed room and for me, it was great! The bed was very comfortable, there was lighting above the beds, blackout curtains and a good size mirror. I would say it may be a bit too small for a couple but for solo travellers it was great.
The hotel is in such an exact location, it’s right by the main square and you can walk easily to all the main sights. There are loads of restaurants and bars nearby also - I felt very safe!
The breakfast was ok - a cooked breakfast and continental. There wasn’t a lot of choice however it was definitely enough to fill up on for the day with a coffee machine and juices also.
If I returned to Tallinn, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.

First room 001 was dungeon, no windows outside.lot noise above, wc seat was moving and shower was so small. Soap disperder didnt work.
We change room next day to 317 where electricitybox made noise when roomkey
was in.

This is a 90 bed facility with maybe half dozen rooms facing the street. This is a noisy street! We asked to change to a quieter room, so they moved us up to a room direct above the original room, still noisy but not quite as loud.

Stayed in a basic double room. Warm and clean. Lots of hot water for shower. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Only complaint was the noise of a generator or something kept me awake at night.

I traveled to 30 countries in Europe and this hotel is the worst. The hotel itself is ok but the company of this hotel misled me. I always booked to hotel that ai have access to elevators. This hotel never mentioned in the description in hotel.com that their lift can only go to 3rd floor and which I ended going to 4th I have to carried my suitcases to go to my room. It was disaster in my first day in Estonia and my whole stayed was not good at all coz of the hotel energy.
Asked the receptionist if I can have a lower level and she said no availability.
If they describe that the lift can only go to 3rd floor I will never booked it. There are so many hotels around old town that way much better, cleaner, cheaper.
To checked out, staff helped me out to carry my one suitcase coz I asked.

A really nice place to have as a base camp when in Tallinn. Well situated very close to the city centre in the old town and just 7 mins walk to/from the (airport)bus no 2 at Balti Jaam. Nice and helpful staff, ok breakfast, 24 h reception.
Absolutely a place for the next visit.
