Good - Clean and comfortable, easy check-in/out, convenient central location. Bad - very noisy location next to depot, thermostats broken so either too hot or too cold with the windows open. Would have thought Santa might decorate for Christmas just a little, especially for the price.

Very easy check in/out process. Property was clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities were provided. This property was slightly less expensive than hotels in the area, while also being an overall slightly better product in my opinion.

It was a good 2 nights stay.

Excellent and central location. I loved the studio, the bed was comfortable, clean, and large window with views of the city. Restaurants, a shopping mall, tour agencies all within walking distance. I would come back for sure.

Great property but very noisy.

This was a one night stop for us. The apartment is fine for what it is-zero frills accommodation. The lady cleaning is very sweet. Easy to find however please note, you have to pick up the keys from a bar that is a 5-7 min walk away. We didn’t know this and my kids sat outside freezing for 15-20min while I ran to find the key place. It’s right in town so close to everything.

Location-wise, this place is hard to beat - just a sprint to the pedestrian street, and a supermart is just downstairs, so you can get your supplies to make a simple meal in your kitchenette. the room has seen better days, but it is clean and keeps you warm with the double glazed windows. we didn't even bother with the heater in the room. there is also an old fashioned lift that can take two people with two pieces of luggage. the lady who owns the place and the one who upkeeps it are friendly and efficient.

it was clean tidy and well organised

The check-in experience was horrible. One had to collect the keys of the apartment from a bar attendent who could not communicate in English at all. Before that, locating the bar itself was a herculean task. Even Google map was off the mark. I spent about two hours in a snowy weather to complete the check in. The key-collection venue was different from the apartment location. I sincerely wish Expedia had informed me before hand that the apartment does not have a dedicated check-in desk. I wouln't have paid over Euro 287 for one night in this apartment. Not worth it.

Si votre séjour a lieu pendant le week-end, préparez-vous à supporter le bruit du fast-food situé juste en bas de l’immeuble, qui reste ouvert jusqu’à 4 h 30 du matin le vendredi et le samedi. De plus, les agents municipaux viennent nettoyer la rue à partir de 8 h du matin. Sinon, la location de l’appartement est très centrale.

The company has many apartments in the same building. I was at B5 apartment, which had a large room and living room. Good kitchen, well equiped for preparing breakfast and food. The apartment was very clean. The location is amazing, very close to everything interesting in Rovaniemi city center. One point of improvement is the bathroom, especially the box shower. It is not easy at all to get in and out of it, it has around 80-100cm height and it is very small. I wonder about elderly guests or guests with some movement restriction: they would suffer a lot to get in and out from it. I think you should improve that in the near future.

Ótima experiencia. Apartamento bom. Fácil acesso e excelente localização. Bem no centro. Com certeza eu ficaria novamente.
