A reasonable budget choice with pro & cons; The good: close to the RER, close to several restaurants, really friendly check in, room well equipped with kitchen bits, bathroom & shower a great size, wifi good The not so good: the corridors are very run down & give poor first impression, the noise outside at night is horrendous - people leaving restaurants drunk etc, the security deposit is actually charged to your card (not just a hold) Would I return? Hard to say, but you can’t dispute the excellent price, just bring earplugs.

Rooms compact and very clean. No hairdryer. USB and C charging ports. Sponge and washing up liquid provided. Breakfast available. €90 Euro deposit returned within a few days.

Breakfast limited choices, property a little run down, room clean

Check in was simple, €90 hold on the room. Room was clean and spacious, basic utensils etc but enough, no issues. Stayed here for a trip to Disneyland (3 stips away on RER) as well as a trip into Paris, train station is literally a 3-4 min walk, places around you to eat and a spar. Great spot at a great price for what i needed

The room was clean and perfect for a 1 night stay (does have cooking facilities if required). The rooms are quite modren looking but the coridoors are a bit dated but was not bothered by that personally. All the staff I spoke to were really nice and helpfull. Didnt try breakfast as was in a rush in the morning. Super near torcy train station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also really easy to get to disney from the hotel using the train. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself needing somewhere to stay in that area. Staff did speak some english and between my little french and their english we were able to communicate what was needed. Also ordered uber eats to hotel and picked up infront of reception.

Excellent service on the whole. Clean apartments and helpful staff. Apartments have USB and C charging points which is very useful.

The stay was good and the staff was really polite and respectful.we stayed for 3 nights and it was so good.

Room was clean, only really used it for sleeping as spent most of the time in disney, couple minutes from the train station which was the appeal, also had a good selection of ammenties close by includnig a huge supermarket which was a plus. Everything worked in the room and the wifi was decent too. Will 100% be going back as were annual pass holders and its cheap and easy to use. Stayed in quite a few places but this seems to be our new choice

Was ok but quite squalid

Everything was wonderful, they were very attentive and helpful, everything was very clean and organized, we will definitely be back.

The room was clean, and the kitchenette was nice. It was also close to the subway. The only downsides were the smelly bathroom and the slow drainage.

Everything was as expected and location was great for getting public transportation and places to eat

Very good stay. Room felt brand new. Clean, comfortable, easy free parking. Very pleased.

Room was cold even though i adjusted the temperature but the rest was ok and clean.

It’s a simple very well situated property, relatively clean. The staff is very friendly. In my room there was an issue of water evacuation in the sink. The gentleman-receptionist fixed the problem immediately by himself.

The hotel is in a good location, just a couple of minutes walk from the train station with a number of restaurants around the corner and a few local shops including a bakery (huge selection and good prices). Its also only a 5 min walk to the local shopping centre with a large carrefour supermarket. The receptionist was very friendly. We had a smaller ground floor, twin room, beds were very comfortable, but we had to ask for an additional towel as there was only one (had to ask again a few hours later as they were waiting for a delivery), we only had one chair for the dining table, there was only one small saucepan and there was no mirror in the bathroom, however there was a full length mirror next to the bathroom door. We were pleasantly surprised that they came in and made our beds daily The room did have a decent sized fridge with a freezer section and a microwave with 2 electric hobs. The hotel is a very good base, especially if visiting disney as its only 15/20 mins by train.
