Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and joyful. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. It was a plus for us that there was a little fridge as well. Great location near a lot of transportation, and got some shopping done too.

Nice buffet breakfast is offered 14 euro. Coffee, cappuccinos with pastries, sausage, assorted meats and cheeses, cereals yogurts and fruit. No outside coffee shops were open at 7:00 am within a one block radius

It's right next to the Leman train station one of the big ones in Paris, more quiet area but very walkable. Plenty of restaurants and some good retail mall shopping a block away. Good solid 3 star hotel I would definitely book it again.

Family of 4 staying for 3 nights, enjoyed how close we were to most of the sight seeing places and had a very helpful receptionist on our first day which told us some places to go. Room was ok, although breakfast seemed a bit expensive for the 4 of us so we went to the Boulangerie opposite

I was shocked by this terrible hotel especially as the reviews seemed good. Hotel is tired and shoddy but the horror of the room awaited. Unloved and tired. The advertised mini bar was not working but it had a continual flickering light through its glass door. The room was dirty. Dust and smears on glass everywhere. The bathroom was the worst. A hair in toilet and brown below water line. A big black hair in bathtub. No plug in sink but that was irrelevant as whole sink was blocked and did not drain. An old guest towel outside the window. Thick dust on window ledge. Grey and marked towels one of which had a clump of matted hair still attached. At 3/4 AM guests slamming doors and shouting for about 30 mins. I booked for 3 nights and as I arrived late I had to endure this room for one night and cancelled the following 2. The hotel staff seemed unbothered

The property was clean. Upon arrival the cleaning lady was in the middle of her duties so i saw that there was daily cleaning. The staff was really helpful and the best ive ever experienced so far. The hotel room could use some lite renovation but I was comfortable and felt extremely safe.
