The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems.

The hotel was good value for money, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. There are no eating places within walking distance so you need a car. We had a problem with finding the place. The sat nav took us to a completely different place when we used the address shown on Hotels.com. sight. A very helpful young lady in McDonalds told us exactly where to find it.

Stopped just to sleep for the night on a road trip. It was sufficient for what we required. Only issue, they had no one at front desk and you have to check yourself in on a machine. It recognized my reservation but wanted me to pay with credit card although I had already paid on line through Expedia. They had a call button I utilized and a man came shortly and sorted it out

As expected, basic accommodation for family of four. Warm room :). Dusty corners that were obvious. Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Good selection re continental breakfast, loved the fresh baguettes. Sadly, television was french only. Would avoid bathroom for wheelchair users. Too messy after showers. Glad to have google maps to guide us to the hotel.

We did stop over on a longer trip, its fine for this, also if you have some work to do. I would not bring my flame for a romantic trip there, its very basic Hotel, bathroom is badly engineered and flooded upon showering.
