If you arrive by car in the dark then its not easy to see the driveway to the Reception nor where you can actually park. You have to go in and ask! Very friendly and informative staff so first class in that respect. Room was fine and good enough but noisy smoking neighbours in next room on the adjoining balcony. Restaurant staff great. Usual disappointing menu but typical french fayre and they still dont know what a well done steak is!

The hotel is in a lovely setting, the reception staff were very pleasant . The rooms were clean. Unfortunately the condition of the room and hotel was a different matter. It looks like it could do with a complete upgrade as it seemed tatty and in communal areas to be really run down. If money was spent in the right way because of its setting could be a wonderful hotel. Cannot comment on the restaurant as we did not eat in it.

So Glad you guys were open. Coronavirus closing most places.. Yike no access to food - However totally understand given the extreme circumstances. Check in staff were fantastic and very welcoming. Perhaps it would have been handy to have some food/ drink ideas /options for guests to help themselves to in the evening. Luckily we had some bread and cheese in the car.

From the pictures and knowing it was a Best Western Hotel We expected a lot more of the Hotel and the Spa (We travel a lot in Europe and have been in a lot of other Hotels and spa's in Turkey, Croatia, Greece,Spain, Portugal, Germany, Ireland,etc.). The Staff was Great !!! And the restaurant had some good food. But the rooms were small and cramped and a little dated for the price we paid. Which by any standard is high for what We received. And then after we checked in we found out you had to pay to use the swimming pool. Extra fees like the pool should be listed on the hotel profile. Overall We would not ever go back. There are too many other better places.

Cependant dommage que sur l'application il nous est pas indiqué que l'accès au spa piscine etc est payant et que seulement 2 types de maillots de bain sont autorisés. Les photos ne reflaitent pas non plus la réalité de la chambre réservée

Résidence senior et Publicité mensongère sur le site! Hotel ressemble plus a une résidence senior qu'a un Hotel la clientèle mais aussi les infrastructure et la déco qui n'a pas du être revu depuis les années 1990. Heureusement c'est propre . La mise en avant sur l'offre de la piscine et de la salle de sport se fait contre un paiement de 17 h pour 2 h . Quand je leur ai signalé que ce n'était pas mentionné sur l'annonce ils m'ont rétorqué que c'était hotel.com qui n'avait pas mentionné, je leur ai répondu que leur service marketing aurait du vérifier l'annonce. J'ai envoyé un message d'assistance sur le site je n'ai pas eu de réponse écrite de leur part.
