Accueil,personnel,prestations,tout est excellent! On peut être sceptique sur la localisation en pleine zone commercial mais l'hôtel est une bulle calme,à taille humaine dans une région magnifique.Nous gardons cette adresse pour un autre séjour sans problème!

Bon hotel, grande chambre, bonne literie mais à mon avis ne mérite pas 4 étoiles; les photos sont flatteuses; beaucoup de bruit à 5h30du matin (monte charge?), moisissures dans la salle de bains.

El hotel necesita una reforma, los muebles rotos, puertas rascadas, la limpieza no era suficiente. A media noche tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación porque al lado estaban alojados unos hombres que se estaban peleando y haciendo mucho ruido. En la recepción se mostraron bastante indiferentes.

This hotel is in an industrial zone with no charm; but that is not the problem. The clientele is trashy--purple hair, tattoos, etc.--and the halls smell. The staff is indifferent. In short, this is a hotel for lower middle class and below. The saving grace is that the room was quite clean.

Although the hotel was good value the breakfast which we paid extra for was terrible. The cooked breakfast was empty every morning and the fruit was mouldy and old.

Le seule soucis mais hôtel n’est pas responsable ces que des personnes à 2H jusqu’à 4h du matin on crié jusqu’à que quelqu’un frappe très fort sur leurs portes pour qu’il se calme sans avoir connaissance des personnes qui sont intervenu

I simply loved this hotel from the minute I arrived. Check in was fast and welcoming. My room was very comfortable and I loved the wooden floors throughout it. The pool view was nice as well and the restaurant had delicious food. One of my favorite hotels.

The hotel itself is fine, we chose it for its proximity to the highway so we can spend the night and move on to our next destination in the morning. The main issue was in their ventilation system - someone was smoking in another room and we could smell cigarette smoke coming through the vents all night. This was very uncomfortable.
