The hotel is lovely staff are very helpful room was very clean. Air conditioning worked great in room.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cavendish. It was so near to everything in Cannes and especially easy to get to if you travel by train. Our room was clean and had everything we needed but if it hadn’t you would only have to ask. The hotel was traditional and had the original lift which was over 100 years old! I’m not a lover of lifts so was glad our room was on the first floor. Each evening we were offered wine and snacks (which seemed unlimited) before we left for the local restaurants. But what made the Cavendish extra special was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us to make our week’s holiday really special. We would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it.

The Cavendish is a lovely old hotel. The 100+ year old elevator was especially charming and fun to ride to the higher floors. The check-in area was small, but we didn’t mind. The nightly wine tasting was fun - and complementary.

Perfect location and very nice welcome at Happy Hour, which is a tradition at the hotel.

Amazing short stay

We stayed at The Cavendish eight years ago and were slightly nervous that returning might not live up to such wonderful memories, as can so often happen. Happily, it was every bit as special as we remembered. From the moment we arrived, Ingrid and Marie gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel instantly relaxed and at home. Our room was lovely, spacious and spotless, and throughout our stay everyone was so friendly and attentive. We were always greeted with a smile and made to feel incredibly valued, with time for a chat and genuine interest in our plans for the day. The evening wine tasting with Raouf was such a lovely touch and something we had fondly remembered from our previous visit. We were delighted to see it was still part of the experience, and it was the perfect way to begin the evening before heading out for dinner. We are so pleased that The Cavendish is just as charming and special as we remembered. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful boutique hotel.

It was one of the best Hotels I ever stayed in Staff was so accommodating , curious , kind , professional, rooms were excellent , 5 star Hotel all the way

The room was fantastic . Modern and well maintained with good quality AC. Great service from all of the team . We even extended our stay and they arranged for us to remain in the same room. Top quality team looking after us.

The features of this hotel are beautiful. It’s kept the original lift - although it was broken when we left. Its structure and staircase were kept and I loved the fact it hasn’t been ruined. However having said that it is in desperate need of a slight facelift. Our bathroom floor was stained pink and rusty. Nothing a good toothbrush and vinegar couldn’t fix. The skirting and the general fixtures needed a little tlc and the fact it only had 1 plug socket in the entire room was … hard! Overall the appearance was lovely and with it being somewhat centrally located the perks overlook its faults.

The staff at Le Cavendish was very accommodating, after a minor renovation inconvenience occurred the staff quickly made sure that my stay was nice. Marie and Johan were both very helpful.

Excellent boutique hotel, conveniently located for train station & centre Cannes. Exceptional service and free wine tasting a good touch.
