Very classy and well maintained hotel in the heart of Vichy. The staff were wonderful and the warm hand towel upon arrival was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean with a large soaker tub and walk in shower. The access to the Vichy spa was across a walking bridge so you could go in your bath robe .. A wonderful experience

We came for one night on our honeymoon and were greeted so warmly upon arrival. They even had a towel placed in the shape of a heart and rose petals on our bed. The property was beautiful and in a fantastic neighborhood. We would absolutely come back!

The experience was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and everything was clean and up-to-date. We booked a junior suite, which was lovely. Evening cocktails in the beautiful bar were beautifully served. Our spa treatments were excellent and the facilities are modern and very clean. Highly recommend!

Staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating. Julie, the manager in the bar is the best! She will tell you where to go for dinner, lunch and help you explore the best parts of Vichy! Cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Outdoor areas are wonderful and they are situated right on the promenade.
