Loved staying at this hotel! I was only here for a one night stay before catching a flight the next morning but the hotel and room were extremely nice and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They organized our shuttle to the airport which was included in our stay and the restaurant was delicious.

The staff failed to ask us at check in if we needed to book the shuttle. 2 hours later when we went to arrange a ride they told us the shuttle was full for our time. They made no effort to compensate for their error and we ended up having to pay for an uber after we stayed at this hotel for the airport shuttle. In addition our room was incredibly hot.

Our hotel room was at about 28 Celsius for the night. Even with fans it was not bearable and we had 2 rooms and no one could sleep in either room. Staff said windows could not be opened and the air conditioning climate control was not available.

Close to the airport & free shuttle is unfortunately all this hotel has to offer. The room was dated and had burned out light bulbs. There was no adjustable HVAC in the room and had to call the desk when it got too hot and was supplied a portable A/C unit. The restaurant was attractive but the food was just bad- sorry, the caesar salad had something approximating Ranch dressing on it... not what you'd expect on your last day in Provence where the food was amazing.
