The overall place was good. The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions .
The biggest issue was the fact that the majority of the time the food was lukewarm … if that… and NEVER hot.
This was pointed out to the team and they indicated it had been raised before! We spoke to the manager and to be fair they reacted and it did improve that day… but sadly was not consistent.
Finally, the bar was advertised as being open until 1am during winter. However it was not and closed at 11pm!!

This is a good clean place in a good location in town. Staff very friendly and helpful. WiFi was poor from our room on top floor. Should be an easy fix with a cheap booster! So why doesn't the hotel but a duty free one from across the street!?
Main problem we had was finding anywhere in town that was serving food in the evening. So many duty free shops but you can't eat!

The hotel was very good for the money. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar area was nice and the staff were lovely. The free wifi was also very good. The only thing i would say as a negative was that the rooms are quite cramped. For a ski holiday for 4 people getting ready with all of our equipment was a bit of a struggle, but other than that it was very good.
