On the Expedia description, it stated that there was free parking on site. There isn't. It is on the road and limited free parking, you may have to pay. There is no one st the hotel until 4pm, do if you arrive earlier you have to wait outside.
Also, the bathroom and toilet are separate and do not have any ventilation. The curtains are thin and in the morning the outside lights are lit at about 6.30 and its like daylight jn the room. There are shutters but we were not informed of these on arrival.

This hotel is absolutely lovely if you are an admirer of old French-style buildings. You need to consider that cause this is not a new building with soundproof walls etc. but that's the charm and some noise really didn't bother me. The outside garden is a jewel and you can use it all day long. Breakfast is nice, although it could have some vegetables and more regional chees selections. The best of the best is the staff! They are so nice and helpful, they even got us an early breakfast cause our train was leaving to around 7am.

Although the hotel is cute, there is no air conditioning and no fans in the rooms to circulate air. Hotel rooms open up over busy street so traffic noise is an issue and windows cannot be left open. Nothing in the immediate vicinity—food, etc. Also, neither desk clerk was able to communicate in English.

The room was clean and bijou and very comfortable. It was typically french in style which was lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly with a good command of English which assisted our appalling french. i would happily stay there again. the location was good and we were able to park directly outside.
