Toujours un très bel établissement. Un petit loupé lors de la réservation via la plate-forme hôtels.com, mais qui va se résoudre. Attention toutefois, la baignoire de notre salle de bains (chambre 1121) n’était pas très propre. En revanche, le personnel est très agréable, serviable, et cherchant la satisfaction des clients. L’espace SPA est très agréable. La partie restauration de bonne qualité. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Hôtel très bien placé avec vue sur le lac. Possibilité d aller en centre ville et à la plage à pied. Points négatifs : parking payant, petit déjeuner trop cher, cela fait 2 fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et aucune offre de fidélité…. Dommage.

Service de l’hôtel zéro je réserve une chambre avec un parking privé à notre retour de réveillon nous avons la surprise de découvrir qu’un énergumène de l’équipe a décidé d’ouvrir la barrière du parking le soir « déjà complet l’après-midi » pour garer les clients du restaurant. Plusieurs clients dans la même situation en discutant le matin à l’accueil. Obligé de se garer en pleine rue malgré 1 heure d’attente sans succès. Chambre très petite je regrette d’avoir payé un supplément pour voir si peu le lac.
